We went with my family to Krasnodar for 2 days, to another hotel. Passing by, from a hard road, hungry, we saw a hotel with a working restaurant (everything in the city was already closed for food). Very nice staff, offered to count half a day, since we settled at 00:20! On the second night they made a discount. And it cost only 2100! When settling in, the child was given New Year's chocolate, which he was incredibly happy about!
At night, the food ordered was brought in 25 minutes, directly to the room, without additional fees for room service. Everything was delicious!
We ordered: salmon steak, mashed potatoes, 2 fish soup, sauerkraut, pork steak with mashed potatoes and paid 1850?!
The room without any problems brought a kettle, extra blanket and extra pillows. The cosmetics in the bathroom are good, slippers were included, towels and bedding were changed daily, for three days (we stayed for a day).
Breakfast separately costs 300? per person, there the waiter girl was not attentive, did not warn that they had pastries, these were pancakes. And we, ordering pancakes separately, in the end, got 4 servings for 2 adults and a child. In addition, the Oriental coffee that goes for breakfast turned out to be already with sugar (!!! ), and I had to order a separate Americano, for 150? ! Further, pancakes are on the menu 60 ? , but she counted us 130. Only the waiter girl. The guy who works there is top notch!
We are very satisfied with the hotel, we didn’t want to leave, it’s beautiful, perfectly clean, comfortable, warm, tasty, in the center! On the plus side, the doorman always opens the door, and umbrellas for rainy weather are provided for each guest!
There are a lot of pluses, only minuses - there is no gorgeous view from the window, and not an attentive waitress.
