Like many residents of the northern capital, we did not know about the existence of wonderful thermal springs in Adygea. We learned from relatives who often visit the White Nights. We went to the site, read the reviews and booked a tour for a week with meals! The price is very attractive and affordable! The first impression is very positive - a large area, free parking, friendly staff! Wonderful air, lots of greenery, nice and clean room with amenities! We had a wonderful rest, an ideal place to relax from the hustle and bustle, away from the metropolis .

As many as 3 pools with very pleasant thermal water, and swimming at night is a pleasure . . The contrast is impressive! And what is surprising - it is not at all cold in the air (if only there is no wind). A beneficial effect on the nervous system was noticed immediately after the first bath. Stress and nervous tension are relieved very well. At the end of the rest, the skin became much better - velvety, hair and nails became stronger. We concluded that the water at this recreation center really has a healing effect!
Separately, I would like to thank the chef Tatyana for the delicious home cooking! The cafe is located on site, very convenient. Thank you all, have gained strength for the year ahead!

We decided to visit Adygea, purchased a week-long tour to the recreation center "White Nights". For a ridiculous price with 3 meals a day, a very worthy vacation! ! The room is clean, with amenities, food on site is home cooking (delicious) and very convenient that you don’t need to bother about this! Beautiful territory, pools with magical healing water! I can safely say that many pains have ceased to bother me after a week of bathing in mineral water! ! The pools are clean, the water is sometimes cloudy and with precipitation, but normal manifestations for natural mineral water! So everything is on point! ! The sights are nearby, everyone has looked.
