The owners of this institution are not well-mannered people who absolutely do not know how to communicate with people if there is any problem. The impression was that they only care about paying for a place, and as for the provision of hotel services, this concept is alien to them. What can I say about the employees of this "Hotel". We were accommodated in a separate house in a room on the second floor. On the first floor there are two additional rooms and a shower cabin with a toilet. As for the situation, there are no complaints, for this money. Simple furniture, only the bed is terribly creaky and woke up at night every time I turned around. In the morning I wanted to tell the owners about this, but alas, it did not come to that.... In the morning they washed on the second floor, there is a sink and when they went down to the first floor to take a shower, there was water in the shower cabin and in the toilet bowl, a little more and it would overflow. Well, we think we need to urgently report the problem. When I was connected by phone with the owner and I tried to describe the problem to him without any complaints, in response I immediately received a reproach that everything had worked properly before us. . . It was useless to talk further, I think you will understand me. When the owner appeared, regular raids began from his side. . . that we threw something there and so on. . . generally terrible. . . We decided to leave immediately after breakfast, as the mood was spoiled, and when the hostess appeared, she behaved accordingly, arguing that if I find something in the chimney, it will be on our conscience and the like.... Basically, I wanted to run away. . . Speaking of breakfast. . . here it was already mentioned somewhere about the list of products per person (2 pieces of sausage, two pancakes, etc. ), and so. . . we think that this is an absolute "Clinic". . .
