Russian Railways tour "Golden Eagle Express" route No. 1 Moscow-Vladivostok. (15 days)

1- the cost of the tour, I didn’t understand 16,000 is it in rubles or ye (I wonder how much this pleasure will cost on average without pathos?)
2- is there a toilet and shower in the compartment
3- if anyone has traveled - how tiring is the trip?
4- food ? and the average cost of an independent lunch (1, 2 and compote with a bun ;-))))?

1- Cost in euro. I watched this train a couple of years ago at the old rate, but the tour program does not cost half a million rubles per person. It is much cheaper and more pleasant to take individual tickets to the NE between interesting cities and spend the night in normal hotels. This train is designed for foreigners who want Russian exotics.

petromir, to your question, I love my parents very much :-), it's just that they are very inquisitive and have long wanted to see exactly that part of Russia, which is well represented in this tour! We discussed a similar travel option, but closer to the oiiennka option (to travel around the cities on their own, they just wanted a more organized vacation, even with such inconveniences). But, upon closer examination, it is really better to choose another option! ;-)

ksiuna, there are only two inconveniences) - a one-way tour and an insane price tag for most of us)) and so, everything is wonderful - a super-comfortable train, well-trained staff, excellent three meals a day and an excursion included.

In Russia, you cannot take SV-cars between individual cities! There are SV-cars only from Moscow to Petrograd and back. Sightseeing trains sometimes include a SV-car! With regards to the tour "Golden Eagle Express" route No. 1 Moscow-Vladivostok. (15 days), then there is no point in taking it! Bo, you will spend 11 days on the road alone!

In what sense "you can't take sv between separate cities"? The availability of CB does not depend on the city, but on the configuration of a particular train.

In Russia, there is only one train to Vladik: "Moscow-Vladivostok". And it doesn't have SW! There is a "suite" - but it's not ST!
