I have had S-shaped scoliosis since the age of 16, I used to go to a chiropractor, who gradually straightened my vertebrae during regular massage sessions, but, unfortunately, with the move to another city, we lost the opportunity to continue treatment. At the age of 24, I went to the Yasenok sanatorium just to relax, and there I got acquainted with the program for the spine. I decided not to put it off indefinitely and after a couple of months I came for treatment. At first I thought it would be like a hospital, but luckily it turned out to be like being treated in a hotel. The room is clean, all procedures and consultations with the doctor took place on time and regularly. After a 2-week course of exercise therapy, massage, mud therapy, physio, pool and many other procedures, my spine began to noticeably straighten out. This and the correct bends appeared. I am very grateful to the doctors of the sanatorium. I will definitely follow all their recommendations and will be happy to come back in 6 months!
