I often visit Smolensk. We chose randomly, because. the rest were busy. Check-in went well and quickly. The hotel is very modern, clean and the staff is friendly. Secure parking, convenient. Wi fi in the morning did not catch at all... 11 room on the 3rd floor is very stuffy, the window does not open, it's hard to sleep. In the morning at eight I went down for boiling water to make coffee, there was no water. There were still moments, but I will not write. The hotel itself is very good, but I probably will not come here again.
