We arrived in Sochi to work for honey. exhibition. Settled from 17-23.06. 13. The administrators in the lobby are unfriendly as one, however, like all the employees of this hotel. The word "hello" is considered an insult by the staff. The rooms are cleaned very poorly, the carpets are not vacuumed, the mirrors are not washed, the towels are not changed, during the 6 days of our stay in our room the bed linen was never changed, we made the bed ourselves, facilitated the maid's work, apparently, otherwise we would still be waiting for the bed disassembled. You can understand that you had a maid only by taking out the garbage. Maybe in Sochi hotels he took out the garbage = cleaned the room? In all civilized countries this is not so. Breakfast buffet, where a rude waitress rudely asks for a room number (without good morning, of course) and in general, dirty plates are not removed from the table at breakfast, apparently they save energy. Near the plates with sugar, lemon, vegetables, bread, not tweezers in order to take it all. Therefore, guests have to adapt to everything - some take it with their hands, some with a fork, some with a spoon. Since Sochi has a very big problem with the quality of food and quality of service, I had to have dinner at the hotel in the restaurant "Alexander". Cooking in "Alexandra" is not bad (especially by Sochi standards), but the ordered dishes have to wait a very long time and the prices are very high even by Moscow standards (it's good that we are not drinkers). The waiters of this hotel would never have earned a tip (in terms of service level), so the caring administration already includes a 10% service charge in the bill. It's a pity that they don't take care of the guests of the hotel. The refrigerator, also known as the mini bar, is closed and it takes a lot of effort to get the key from the administrator on duty. By the way, the prices in this mini bar are terrible, so don’t drink or eat anything from there, then don’t pay. All leaflets and inscriptions want to convict guests of theft. It seems that you already owe the hotel. In general, if you evaluate this hotel in terms of service level with European hotels, then this is not 4 stars, but 3 with a big minus. In general, Sochi is a hello scoop, and it’s simply impossible to relax normally here.
