Fortunately, it turned out that there is a free standard room 406 with a magnificent view of the sea.... Nastya took us to the room and from the bewitching view, of course, we immediately decided to settle there. . . We paid for the stay by card, received a check. that is, it is very convenient for those who do not like to carry cash and are used to using bank cards!! ! We were pleasantly surprised that breakfast was included in the price. . . Perhaps we are not so picky and not too spoiled. but in principle, breakfasts are normal, if you arrive on time, then a rather varied menu, and for those who sleep for a long time, of course, something may not get. . . , although I also woke up many times and somehow did not arrange tantrums. . . On vacation, I want to relax, and not engage in swearing and showdowns. The staff at the hotel is young, which is also pleasing! Olenka fed us in the mornings and the curly-haired cook (sorry, I don’t remember his name), they are quite friendly. We liked the hotel, especially we took a liking to Nastenka. I wish she was always there. but only as a Manager!! ! How would we write this to the owner of the hotel on a note !! ! It's time to raise the girl!!! . That seems to be all. . On the ground floor there is a cafe Celentano designed in Italian style and offering Italian cuisine. The staff of the cafe serves at a good level. Now about what left negative impressions. When we got to the room, the TV did not show any channel. The administrator explained that the recent wind tore off the antenna and the administration will soon solve this problem. After 3 days, the problem was solved after my communication with the technician serving the hotel building. He explained that in our room there was no connection to the antenna cable at all and inserted a piece of ordinary wire into the TV, which contributed to the appearance of 4 channels. The promised wi-fi in the room was absent throughout the rest, the administrator said that nothing could be done. In fairness, it should be noted that there was wireless internet on the terrace. To turn on the air conditioner, it was necessary to bring the remote control to it at a distance of 10-20 cm and press the button 15 times to turn it on. it will be problematic for a person with an average height to do this, since the condo hangs on the ceiling. administrator Yuliana explained this by a feature of Chinese technology. In general, the room was a little disappointing - in the pictures it seems larger and more presentable. The balcony is small and the door from the room opens towards the street. There was an air conditioner on the floor of the balcony, which ate up a meter of usable space. If you place 2 small stools and a small table on the balcony, then it will be very problematic to enter or leave it. The music from the embankment was not heard very much in the room, it did not interfere with sleep. In principle, one could turn a blind eye to these shortcomings, but the second half of the vacation was completely spoiled by the opening of the Travolta disco in the basement of Laza Hall. In our room it was possible to dance until 6 in the morning to the music from the disco, and not only in ours - the neighbors from the upper floors also felt the buzz from modern musical compositions and from the squeals and whistles of the resting horsemen. To subsequent complaints, the hotel management promised to turn down the music and noted with regret that you can't please everyone. But nothing has changed. As a result, sleepless nights ruined the whole holiday. It should also be said about the pool promised on the roof, during our stay it was never launched. In my opinion, it would be better to make a swimming pool for hotel guests, and not a public disco. For 20 days spent in the Laza Hall room, we paid 70.000 rubles. The quality of the rest does not match this price at all. We will not stay at this hotel again and will not recommend to friends. Also, for objectivity, I want to note that every time we go on vacation we go for the positive and try not to pay attention to minor flaws, but in this case, for the first time in all previous holidays, we left disappointed. I really liked the restaurant. Proximity to the sea, park and other holiday entertainment. The noise from the cafes on the waterfront was not annoying. The views from the terraces and from the room are simply amazing. Many write that prices bite, but everyone has their own priorities. We are going to come in July 2014. The pool was opened (I saw the photo on the site) The panorama of Lazarevsky from the roof of the hotel is unreal!! ! There is no WI-FI in the rooms, but it is available on the terraces and halls.

There is a wonderful Celentano cafe, they position themselves as an Italian cafe, but there is also Japanese cuisine on the menu. All shopping and entertainment nearby. The hotel also has a pleasure yacht, but I did not use it. Separately, I want to note the staff for professionalism and delicacy. So the general opinion about the hotel Laza Hall remained very positive. I will recommend to friends and go back there again.
