If you come to Veliky Novgorod for active recreation, and not to look for negativity in the room, then a convenient location 5 minutes from the Novgorod Kremlin, a calm atmosphere and friendly staff, as well as cleanliness and the availability of necessary items in the room should outweigh minor and insignificant flaws which will be fixed anyway.

We only spent the night in the room and after active sightseeing, a well-cleaned room, the presence of fresh linen and towels, as well as the presence of shampoo soap, always pleased us. The breakfasts were very satisfying, which was quite unexpected.

The hotel is quiet. Breakfast is normal. We checked in late in the evening, around 22:00, but the next day it was not necessary to leave until 12:00, it was possible to stay a full day from the moment we checked in. The staff is polite, explained in detail where to swim (it was hot over 30 degrees). Nothing to do with the caricature description of this hotel on the 61st page of the guide "Veliky Novgorod" published by "Afisha" (2008)
