We decided 3 days before arrival to call and clarify... It turned out that there was no reservation !! ! I had to frantically look for another hotel, because the tickets for their tour are already on hand... Dishonorable! ! The administrator who took the order - Elena... No explanation was provided why this happened... And even more so apologies... Apparently the staff is not competent, they are not brought up.

The hotel is quite accommodating. In the very center of the city. Friendly reception girls. The room is standard, clean, tidy, pleased with the refrigerator, hair dryer and bidet. There is also a restaurant, you can come in the evening if you don't want to go out. Breakfast is certainly not chic, but edible (casserole, yogurt, coffee with a bun).

Of the minuses, the only thing is that towels were not changed for 3 days and it was necessary to wait a bit until hot water came out of the tap (the boiler was heating up). It was still slightly cool in the room (20 degrees), but this is a complaint about the weather. But in general - I recommend.
