Ужас!!!! Horror!!!!

rested with the children for the new year! bought a tour as in a 5 star hotel in the province of Krabi. DECEPTION!! ! outrage knows no bounds! this is not Krabi, but the province of Trang (to Krabi 2 hours by car). the hotel is located in the middle of nowhere, there are no restaurants, no shops, no other hotels in the vicinity. really a hotel built in 2000, old, shabby. there is nothing for children, however, as well as for adults. Most importantly, there is no beach! the beach is 40 minutes by boat, and then the hotel only once provides the right to free travel to this beach. then 1.000 baht per person (approximately $35). outrageous!! ! prices in the hotel are going through the roof, tk. there is no alternative, the nearest halts of local homeless people are 2.5 km from the hotel. the exchange rate at the hotel is crazy low, because Again, there is no alternative, there is nowhere to exchange (the difference with other exchangers is 15 bucks per hundred). In general, they spoiled our holiday as best they could. Separately, I express my indignation with the guide Anastasia, who represents the host. it turns out that she had never been to this hotel at all, she behaved defiantly, almost boorishly.
