I went with my mom at the end of July.
The hotel is disgusting. I do not recommend to anyone. Don't repeat our mistakes!
Settled quickly, but where? ! We paid for superior, and what we saw left us, to put it mildly, bewildered. The furniture is very old and dirty. The inside of the cabinet is painted with white oil paint with brush strokes. Inside the closet, there is a smell of some kind of mustiness mixed with paint, we did not store things there. There is no chair or table on the balcony. To requests to still put at least one plastic chair, they uncompromisingly answered that it was not allowed. No arguments and persuasion are able to make these people at least think about the essence of the request and somehow creatively approach the wishes of the guests. With the stubbornness of a military commandant, they told us that we were not entitled to a chair. Buy a suite, then you will have a chair. When asked what is the difference between a standard room and superior, for which, by the way, we overpaid at the agency, we were told that there is no difference in this hotel. We, they say, do not know why, but we have such rules. A discouraging answer, after which you understand that no one here will try to do something in the interests of the guest. On our wish to see a standard room, we were taken to a special room with a view of the wall, every hotel has one to show guests with a claim how terrible it can be and how good they should be in what they got. After such a cheap trick, it became completely offensive, and we stopped trying to change the number. The staff at the reception are generally rather gloomy and unfriendly. The girls' facial expressions are reminiscent of Soviet disgruntled general store workers. The exception was one guy with braces of an amazing design, from which it is impossible to take your eyes off. He was one of the few Thais we met who selflessly uphold the myth of Thailand as a land of smiles, he actually smiled under any circumstances. What especially irritated the quivering Russian girlish souls, flying up to us in the hall with his unique smile with elastic bands, and squinting with pleasure, asked the question - “Why are you unhappy ?! ”. And we are unhappy because after the pool, in wet shorts, returning to the room, we found that the door does not open for the second time in a day, and we are forced to go down to the reception in a leisurely elevator, which can easily be waited for 10 minutes. And at the reception, at they look at you with a lazy look and, without saying a word of sympathy or apology, they magnetize your card and send you home, until the next time, which will not be long in coming. They saved themselves by alternating 2 cards, but often two were demagnetized at once. And then, I had to go to the reception again, to the "friendly" young ladies, to ask for a room.

The dining room in the hotel is very small, not crowded in the morning, and this is given that the hotel was sparsely populated. There are 6 tables outside, but it is impossible to have breakfast there, because the architectural design of the hotel creates very strong wind turbulences in this place. The door from the dining room to the terrace opens with great difficulty, and it is not possible to do this with a plate or a mug of hot drink. They constantly became witnesses of how people who decided on this feat flew scrambled eggs, a cake, some curd-like masses from a plate and flew into people sitting or passing by. In general, the attraction is still the same. The food is very monotonous and specific. Already on the third day of their stay, they switched to buns and cucumbers with tomatoes. Believe me, in Egyptian hotels, the food is simply royal compared to this.
The already mentioned elevators, which sometimes have to wait a very long time, cannot cope with modest flows of people.
As for the Internet, I honestly don’t know if there is wi-fi in the hotel, but the stationary Internet in the form of several computers, which is presented in a corner next to the reception, is three times more expensive than what is offered in establishments on the street. I have not seen a visitor there at least once, which is reasonable.
The decoration of the room is a separate story: a broken hair dryer and a kettle, a plasterboard slab falling off the ceiling, opening a hole in the ventilation shaft, huge torn holes in the curtains, dirty towels, leaky bathrobes, demobilization slippers. The cleaning lady tirelessly amused us by giving three bathrobes and one belt to them, or 2 bathrobes + three belts, or one bathrobe +2 belts. The same story with towels - three large towels and none small or 2 small and one large. In general, there are many combinations, so she practiced. At first we were scared, ran to the reception, demanded a complete set, so that God forbid, when leaving, they would not be accused of stealing their wonderfully perforated towels, but then they got used to it and did not pay attention.
Well, about the location of the hotel - this is the biggest disappointment. The hotel is very far from everything. There is nothing around the hotel. Given the arrogance and unpredictability of tuk tuks, sometimes the way to the hotel turned into a grueling ordeal. The stories of travel agencies about the cleanliness of Jomtien Beach, where the hotel is located, are, to put it mildly, exaggerated. It is neither cleaner nor dirtier than the central regions. If you intend to walk, be in the thick of things, shop, go to the islands, try food in restaurants - this hotel is not an option. You will have to spend a lot of time and money to get to places where at least something is happening.

Well, and finally, the apotheosis of the hospitality of this hotel! When leaving the hotel, they very persistently tried to sew on us, supposedly drunk Cocacola from the minibar. Naturally, we did not drink any coca-cola. And only with terrible cries we managed to settle this issue. Moreover, the dishonesty of the intentions of the hotel employees is evidenced by the fact that in the end, they “forgave” us for this and said that they would pay themselves out of their pocket money. I think that if we were really talking about drunk cocacola, then they would hardly have taken such altruistic measures.
In general, I can only recommend this hotel to those who find their life carefree, predictable and comfortable and want to shake things up. Anyone who wants to relax, I recommend looking for other options.
