Liked the hotel. Very central so noisy. We took a deluxe room on the 11th floor with two balconies overlooking the pools of neighboring hotels and part of the sea. Therefore, there was no noise in the room at all. Cleaning, as everywhere in Tai, they do not notice the dust, but they washed the floors. The bartender prevented us from making cocktails))) The pool is located on the second floor, because there is no hotel territory at all (but I don’t need it, I think it’s not Turkey to be constantly in hotels. The breakfasts are very good, albeit monotonous, but the choice is very huge))) always in the morning the cook will cook a delicious egg or scrambled eggs, always fresh pastries, a variety of fruits, but it is better to come early for breakfast, because there is no fruit left at all. You can not take anything with you in terms of water and food , everything is there, both shops and bars. I rested in this hotel at the end of August 2012. It is surprising that there are so few reviews about it on the site. Pretty decent hotel for the money. Right off the bat I can tell that it is located between the first (beach) and second streets on the side of the Festival, the entrance to it is from a small Jay, so there is no beautiful view of the sea, but also of the main streets. The hotel has its own massage parlor, bistro, swimming pool, and, in fact, this is all that you can immediately see. The lobby is small and often stuffy (but there are occasional big cannon air conditioners that do a little bit to cope with the heat). The Superior room is quite decent, we had two ordinary single beds (or rather, couches on wheels with a large mattress on them), it was quite comfortable to sleep. The room has 2 chairs, one bedside table, a TV on the nightstand, a table for things, a shelf for things in the "hallway", a wardrobe with an electronic safe, air conditioning (worked great, many temperature levels, nothing drips or leaks)), minibar with regular drinks such as Fanta, Cola, plain drinking water (prices are 15 baht each). Drinking water was supplied every day, in glass bottles (so don't throw them away, it's like hotel property =))). The bathroom is ordinary, small, with bath accessories - soap, bath foam, conditioner and shampoo, cap, cotton swabs. Towels hang right above the bathroom itself. The inconvenience is that we lived together with a friend and each, after using his towel, hung it on a hook in the bathroom, and if you forget to drop it on the floor at the end of the day, then the maid simply folds it and hangs it again on the rail above the bathroom and no longer it’s clear where whose towel is =)) So if you are too squeamish, then throw your towels on the floor every day so that they are changed to clean ones. The balcony is small with a chair and a grate for drying clothes (but it is very difficult to dry clothes in Pattaya on the street due to high humidity, so it dries faster right in the air-conditioned room, but there was no place in it where it could be was to hang. Pool - I didn't like it (but I was there only once), I didn't like it because the entire small area reserved for the pool with sunbeds was built up close to high-rise buildings. Also on the second floor (from where there is access to the pool) there is a sauna and a gym (the most common, with a minimum number of exercise equipment). Breakfasts on the ground floor in the Bistro from 6 to 10 am, quite acceptable (chopped vegetables and sauces for them, potatoes, rice (2 types), several chicken and fish dishes, soups (mashed potatoes and vegetable), pastries, toasts, fresh juices, something from Indian and Chinese cuisine, omelettes, fried / boiled eggs, fruits - bananas, pineapples, watermelons, yogurts, milk, cereals). The view from the room will not be beautiful for sure - either a view of the porch and the building opposite (sort of like a residential building or a small hotel), people who sleep lightly at night should not settle here. because until 4 in the morning you can really hear the music from the bars very well, the screams of the Thai women from the same bars (this did not bother us, because. we went to bed very late). another option is a view of the pool, but here the buzz of night Pattaya will also most likely be heard, and the third option is the farthest side from the bars (although a little noise is also possible here), but then you will see from the windows at 2-3 meters away from the wall of a neighboring building. The room is cleaned every day, superficially, bedbugs, cockroaches and other living creatures are not 100% there, it has never been dirty. If you get into an already filled tuk-tuk, then there is a chance that the tuker will turn left before the WS, then you will have to get off at the turn and go along the daytime WS to the pier (or catch another tuk directly there). It's quite simple and fast. In the immediate vicinity of the hotel there will be the largest shopping center - the Festival, a little further away (towards the WS there is Mike Shopping Mall - the flea market is still))), Garden Plaza is even further away (the shopping center is almost the same as the Festival, only smaller), not very far from the hotel it is difficult to find Tukkom (with electronics), if you walk along the second street opposite to WS, then after 5-7 minutes of walking you can go to Central Street, from which you can already go to Sukhumit. Also in the immediate vicinity (along the second street beyond the intersection with the central one) Alcazar show, Big C shopping center. The location of the hotel itself is excellent.
