Room service is excellent, every day cleaning, replenishment of gels and change of linen. The territory, apart from delight, did not cause anything else))) There are a lot of places where to sit in the evening, everything is done beautifully. We took only breakfast and did not regret it, the food is very tasty, it's good that we didn't give up eating at all. 5 minutes from the hotel salons, restaurants, exchangers. The place is very cool and worth seeing.

At the pool for all 10 days there were only 7-8 people with us - ideal for those who want to relax in silence. . . By the way, there were no more Russians besides us! What is remarkable. . . because in the neighboring building of the Royal Cliff Beach Hotel (this is a cheaper hotel in the Royal Cliff complex), the water in the pool was boiling with Russian charred bodies. No, I'm not a Russophobe. . . Simply, the behavior of individual Russian tourists still leaves much to be desired. Here. As for the service - there are no words at all, only emotions. Positive, of course! At the end of our holiday, from the helpfulness and sugary-sweet courtship of the staff began to feel sick. Which is more of a plus than a minus. . At breakfast, the waiter constantly monitors your cup of coffee so that, God forbid, it is not empty. If you don't stop him in time, you'll burst! The room will be cleaned immediately, as soon as you leave the room. . . We had to press the "do not disturb" button so as not to go blind from the cleanliness. Fresh fruit platter every day. Every fifteen or twenty minutes on the beach by the pool, the staff walks with ice towels. . . Ah, yes! Personal beds! Nominal! Every morning, at your arrival, they will be covered with fresh towels. On thin metal plates inserted into a special pocket of a deck chair, your name and surname are squeezed out. Which will be given to you as a souvenir on the day of departure. Ches word, I almost shed a tear when the butlers and girls from the reception went out into the street to see us off and waved their hands at us for a long time. In short - Schaub I lived like that!
