Well, let's go in order. We booked Bungalow C - this is a room for a family with a child or a family room. We were given a room with one not very big bed. Son, if anything, 8 years old! How we were supposed to fit the three of us on this bed is not clear... After not long conversations at the reception and a surcharge of $ 200 (and they asked for 300 !!! ), we were moved to bungalow number 1. This is a room with two beds, a dressing room and a bathroom. Not a fresh bed, dust and dirt everywhere, the lighting is like in a cellar... We are not the first time in Asia, there was no such attitude towards visitors anywhere! For 2 weeks of stay, we never changed bed linen! Just rebuilt it and that's it! Towels were changed every day, but they were always put in the amount of 2 pcs. There are three of us! I contacted the front desk several times about this, but nothing changed. Only towels began to be put not white and not a clear color, washed out and stained. Water was also supplied in the amount of 2 bottles. Apparently, the child is not considered a person at all...
This was just the beginning! In the morning we woke up bitten by mosquitoes. There was no living place on my son at all! I had to buy stink mosquitoes and bite spray in the store and poison myself with this all vacation! Well, is it really difficult to take care of this hotel administration ?? ? After all, they know very well about this, because. live here themselves. Well, the rats walking around the room at night are generally atas! Because At home we keep decorative rats, we are not afraid of them. But you must admit, it is not pleasant and even disgusting on vacation! Moreover, they stole chocolate and sweets from the bedside table. We understood this later. At first, I scolded my son that he scattered candy wrappers, until at night I caught a rat with Milky Way in my teeth....I don’t talk about lizards, because they crawl everywhere and are themselves afraid of everything. Some colorless and white, small and very small. At first, of course, we went nuts from everything, but we decided not to spoil our vacation and stopped paying attention to everything. Turn off your brain!! ! I will continue. In the shower, the water flowed very badly, or rather wrote with a small trickle. I washed my long hair for a very long time! Yes, and the shower to take normally somehow did not work. I contacted the reception, but did not wait for the result... And the director of the hotel is so smiling, so sociable . . Straight darling! Aha! What! He just spat on us all! Miserly and stingy! He takes decent money for staying at the hotel, but there is no service and conditions !! ! A bum in one word! His deceitful smiles very soon became disgusting....
I also want to write about the pool, which is so clean and beautiful in the pictures. One tourist, in her review, wrote that it was so nice to swim in this pool under palm trees on which bananas hang... Maybe it would be nice if it weren't so dirty! The water is cloudy and oily. It stinks of bleach! Even my son, who loves to swim in the pools, took a dip in it once and never went there again. Said it was slippery and smelly. . . This puddle is cleared in the evening. Those. a bucket of chlorine-containing substances is thrown into the water, while the stench is such that it starts to tickle and burn in the nose and throat! We had to breathe it all in and watch it, because. room right in front of the pool. Our tourists apparently do not care what puddle to sit in, so there were always a lot of moms, dads, grandmothers and children near the pool and in it itself..... Fuuuu!!!!!
Separately, I want to write about the disgusting food in the canteen. I am not prevereda, as it may seem to someone. I can be content with scrambled eggs and vegetables for breakfast, but even that was not here! Lean rice, dry spaghetti, some kind of incomprehensible soup (for breakfast !!! ), a mixture of something with something very spicy, weathered cucumbers, tomatoes and cabbage of two colors, some kind of sauce, well, toast, a hundred times brewed Lipton bags are tea and liquid, apparently coffee (I did not dare to try). Ants and cockroaches scurrying between jars of sugar and a teapot completed the picture. Almost on receipt they took out (and even then not always) a plate with several pieces of pineapple and watermelon. Tell me what to eat here? ? Even the most unpretentious person-NO-THING!! ! My son went several times to this "gastronomic abundance" and said why go for breakfast, there's nothing to eat anyway! We had to buy yoghurts and fruits in a tent near the hotel (on the left), from Russia I grabbed normal tea bags (for everyone) and had a snack with this until the cafe opened. They open at 11 and we got up at 9.
In general, guys, my summary is this: if you don’t care where to live, what to sleep on and what to eat, you are here! Well, draw the rest of your own conclusions. In general, I want to say that Phuket did not make a particularly strong impression on us. Pattaya is better, more interesting and more modern. In addition to the magnificent beach (Kata and Kata Noi), nothing else impressed... Difficulties with moving around the island, expensive excursions, everything closes at 23... The village in one word!

We stopped by the tour operator Anex on 01/09/15 at night. The room is dirty, the bed is not clean. The rooms are not cleaned every day. Do not believe the photos on the Internet, they do not correspond to reality at all

Rested with you in November 2014 with my husband. We would like to say a big thank you to your hotel for such a good-natured welcome!!! ))) Polite staff, cleaning every day, change of towels.
