The hotel is very convenient for living with children. The hotel has a children's pool with a slide, a small water park with warm water. Very good animation Russian-speaking guys who will not let you and the children get bored. Our child had a lot of fun and interesting. Every morning for breakfast, they come up and tell what activities will take place. Every time everything is new and interesting. For adults and children: water polo, aqua aerobics, tennis, Thai football and many others.
A little about nutrition. We had breakfast and dinner. Buffet breakfast, and dinner, 3 times a week buffet, and the rest of the days the restaurant system. The menu is scarce and you wait for 30-40 minutes. In the future, I will only take breakfast. Near the hotel there are a lot of cafes with Russian cuisine, where it is very tasty and cheaper than in the hotel restaurant and you wait a maximum of 15 minutes.
The first disadvantage we encountered:

We went to dinner with special receipts that had to be shown. And on the first day we went to dinner, showed a check, they didn’t take it from us and showed us a place where you can sit down. It was just a cabaret show. We ordered 2 juices. drinks are not included. When we finished and we were asked to come and pay. The amount was 1500 watts. They deducted 10% from us for juice, 10% for service and for watching the show. We were shocked. They do not speak Russian, their English is difficult to understand. Long story short, we paid. In the morning we met a guy who works in this hotel. He told us everything. It turns out they were the first to take the check, and put us in such a way that we did not watch this show. In short, he went and figured everything out himself. We were offered a refund or exchange for breakfast.
Second minus
The Thais who work there are lazy and stupid, who don't even want to delve into anything. In Russian, Tim only speaks there, if not for him, we would have laid out a considerable amount. He needs to be given credit. He solves any question, problem and is always ready to help.
Third minus
This is room service. I will be brief here. She went and asked, then tea, then water, sugar, a mug, soap accessories to put towels, etc. In the evening, when we returned, the room was unrecognizable - general cleaning, and everything is there. I realized: until you give it a hat, it won’t work. The high did not last long, 2 days.

Everything else is very good. The food is delicious and varied, there is a children's menu: cereals, muesli, etc.
Teretory is very beautiful, cozy, quiet.
Another plus is that the room is well soundproofed.
Near the hotel there is everything: cafes, bars, food, fruits, fresh seafood. There are places to walk, eat and relax, and many others.
