To get the key to the safe you need to make a real scandal. The air con is not working properly and water is dripping onto the floor. Stink in the bathroom. Nobody speaks much English. Breakfast is complete squalor (there is no buffet).
And besides, the 15 minute walk to the beach is a bluff!!!!! ! 15 minutes by bus that does not run every hour as stated, but as they please!!!!!!!
And most importantly: do not pay them by credit card and do not provide information about it, you will be charged 50% upon check-in, 50% upon departure, and then it turns out (already in Russia) that they have already written off 50% for the reservation retroactively as a deposit and then you will long and dreary to return their money. And the prices do not include 20% taxes, which will pleasantly surprise you when the cost of living is 20% more expensive than expected.
