Conclusion: don't waste a day on these condos. the attitude of the Russian-speaking staff is disgusting.

I want to warn tourists who do not often travel to countries where they do not speak Russian. We came to Phuket for the first time, friends organized apartments for us. The apartments are not bad, with two bedrooms, a kitchen (for some reason, a VERY small refrigerator for such a large apartment). A large balcony overlooking the sea (but for some reason it was never cleaned... and the furniture on it looked... not very... ) We were warned that we should "accept" the room, but it turned out that our "boys" came in without us, the girl opened the room and left. And after 3 weeks of rest, they told us that we broke the glass in the wall... and we had to pay for it... And we saw that it was broken, BUT THEY COULD NOT even SUGGEST that the hotel administration did not know about it... The last for a week of rest every day we "practiced" in English with different representatives of the hotel management proving that it was not us... Ultimately, they agreed that: they understand that we did not do it, BUT! someone MUST pay for this. . . It will be us. It was reassuring that the amount was not so significant and the administration allowed us not to pay 1000 baht for early check-out (here is another not very pleasant feature (not all! ) of hotels in Thailand: if you arrive or leave NOT DURING THEIR OFFICE WORK... you need pay 1000 baht)

Such annoying little things spoiled the impression of, in general, a good hotel. It is located in a quiet, cozy place, however, far from the sea, but we were ready for this. Very good for families with children. Without meals. The kitchen is decently equipped (only the size of the refrigerator let us down). And, yes, I also forgot to say: we reserved other C4 apartments, but for some reason they settled us in C1. Maybe it was necessary to take money from someone for broken glass.......... .
