Breakfast: normal, quite varied, there is something to choose from, but no more. There is a transfer to the beach, but walk for about 15 minutes. As for excursions from the Anex tour, as we saw later, it’s better to take it on the street, from hotel guides it’s expensive and they don’t justify what was promised, everywhere is a divorce. Especially a tour on a 3-deck boat called "Dolce Vita" - money down the drain, a walk on a filthy cart with terrible animation and a terrible lunch, and landing on the island for 30 minutes, nothing at all, just sailed, did not have time to beach look, dip your ass into the sea, and already they call you back to the boat to swim. By the way, I will also add a very unpleasant fact about the room, A LOT OF ANTS!!!! ! They are in the room EVERYWHERE !!!! ! It's just creepy, they go in crowds ((((And now about the exit: I've never had a MORE TERRIBLE exit.... The Thais at the reception VERY badly know and understand English, upon check-out we were immediately told that there was a problem with our number, and not only with ours. . . On the fingers, they explained to us that in our room there were not enough coat hangers in the closet. . . And no one will give us a deposit of $ 100 until we pay 400 baht for the coat hanger, which we don’t have enough, despite the fact that when we checked in, we didn’t even have the thought that it wasn’t the mini bar that had to be counted, but the coat hanger in closet!! ! In negotiations with the reception and the Russian guide who escorted us, everyone insisted that it was better to pay, that we would not prove anything, that we had not even seen these coat hangers, our request to check our suitcases for the presence of coat hangers received a harsh refusal and words that do not give us our deposit. Thanks to our compatriots, who had baht left at the time of departure, gave these 400 bai and boarded the bus at 5 am with a big draft. And our guide, so calmly said that tourists are taken away from this hotel every day and every day all those who leave have similar problems. I want to turn to the MANAGEMENT of this hotel, that you need to respect your guests, and not spoil their whole impression of the hotel for a long time.... cashing in on such trifles, you won’t earn much, and leave a deposit with the guests.....((((
