Good afternoon, I flew to this hotel with my wife. They did not expect anything supernatural from him, therefore they were not disappointed. Normal location, 15 minutes walk to the sea, clean rooms, instant coffee, sandwiches, pasta, sausages, fruits for breakfast. The staff is friendly. Basically, they were not in the hotel, they went on excursions, including spending the night on the islands.

The hotel was chosen because of the lowest price for that period. We didn’t check in right away, in the 2 proposed rooms, we couldn’t even stay for a short time, everything was so shabby and unpleasant. There is only one claim to the tour operator: the tour, which was carried out exclusively by this operator-2-day trip to the Phi Phi Islands, did not leave any of the travelers satisfied. All they did was wait for the boat at the pier. Landed on 2 islands instead of many promised. The tour costs $ 150 per person, but everything is on stream: some boats bring to the island, the previous ones are taken away. The planned departure time was delayed by 2 hours (and you won’t get anywhere from the pier, the boat can come up any minute) But the most annoying thing is that because of the delay we didn’t get a lot of things: because of the low tide it was impossible to return later. I do not recommend buying this tour, and the tour operator needs to remove it. But mother nature fixed everything. The beauty is amazing, Patong beach is gorgeous and clean, the water is like fresh milk. In another hotel and without such a stupid excursion, Phuket is worth a visit!

We asked for a room with a balcony and they gave us one right away. The hotel is 5 floors, no lift. For us, the elevator was replaced by a spiral fire escape, which passed near our, 509, room. The boss is constantly at the reception, who accommodates everyone and listens to your complaints. Do not flatter yourself, not in Russian. English and sign language will do too. The staff is to be commended! Always with a smile to fulfill your request. The hotel is small and has a family atmosphere. At breakfast, everyone communicates and shares their impressions. In the evening you can sit at the reception with a company for a bottle of beer. The rooms certainly need refurbishment. Everything functions in the room: a TV with two Russian channels, a small refrigerator without a minibar, air conditioning, which we constantly dripped. We got out of the situation by substituting a bucket under it. True, we were offered to change the room, but we did not bother with the move. Room cleaning is done if you put a sign on the door asking you to clean the room. Bed linen and towels are changed once a week. You can ask to change earlier - they will not refuse. A beach towel can be borrowed from reception for a deposit of 200 baht. When you return it at the end of the season, 150 baht is returned. If you decide to change earlier, then you need to pay 50 baht. The room comes with 2 bottles of water, toilet paper, soap, shampoo, shower gel, shower caps and cotton swabs. All this we had in abundance because we constantly left a tip. Our floor was not swept, but washed. The food at the hotel is poor. It is easy to list dishes: sausages with stewed cabbage, rice, vermicelli with small pieces of chicken or fish, fried eggs, tea, coffee, milk, drink, butter, toast and everything. There are no vegetables or fruits. But you can eat. Breakfast from 7.30 to 10.30. The biggest plus of the hotel is its location. The hotel is located in a side street perpendicular to 2nd Road, 150 meters from Jungle Ceylon and Bangla. Despite the fact that this is the very center of Patong, the hotel is quiet and calm. . Nearby is a high-rise hotel Royal Paradise 4 *, all entrances to which are closed with barriers. Therefore, no outsider goes there. Close to the beach, 5 minutes, if you don't catch crows, otherwise 10 minutes. You can walk in the direction of Bangla, you can go in the opposite direction. We enjoyed walking north of Patong to Kalim Beach. There is a Big C in Ceylon where you can order fresh fish for 39 baht and up. Even in Ceylon there is a cafe with a buffet in the basement, where souvenirs are sold. You can even cook there yourself. You can eat in the vicinity of the hotel for any budget. A lot of shops appeared, in which all for 100 or all for 150 baht. In them you can buy shorts, sundresses, poreos, shirts. So you can not carry a bunch of junk with you. Excursions were taken in street TA. I really liked the new 2-day excursion to the islands of Bond, Phi-Phi, Krabi and some other small ones. With an overnight stay at Pee-pee.
