It is not true!!! Oasis is a rotten tour operator. Rested from 07/29/2012-09/05/2012. Photos of the hotel on the site do not correspond to reality! The hotel Caribbean World Venus Garden does not even pull for 1 star (the hotel itself, the territory is beautiful) Dirty, stinks of damp, fed with sour tomatoes and something else incomprehensible. Express Tour (Oasis) doesn't care about tourists and their complaints. Absolutely the entire hotel made claims that people from all over the world have tours! were not purchased here. As a result, someone reconciled, someone moved to Beach for a surcharge, someone was relocated by a travel agency! I DO NOT RECOMMEND WITH CHILDREN!!!

Oasis, a good tour operator, if you were unlucky once, this does not mean that you need to pour mud, pour mud, it also happens with larger operators, well, it’s not lucky once, what to do here ... but we were lucky, we expected the worst, we drove along fartune, but everything turned out to be super, the food was great! And in November they say it’s really cold, we want it next time in early October, we were in mid-May, it wasn’t hot either ..

Tunisia is a great country, but the oasis is shit and not a tour operator. The flight was delayed by more than 15 hours!!!! 300 people spent almost a day at the airport. Not only did we lose the whole day we paid for!!! a lot of money, so we are also waiting for the promised compensation for the second week already. We had to fly out on 07/15/2017 at 6-00 in the morning, and flew out only at 00-40 on 07/16/2017. The representative of the oasis in Tunisia, someone Anna, assured us that upon arrival we would definitely receive compensation, but as you might have guessed, we did not receive anything. I strongly recommend not to use the services of the oasis in any case !!!!

Hello! We flew from the Oasis in late September to Tunisia (Port El Cantanoui), Hotel El Mouradi palace 5 *. We liked everything - from the moment we boarded the plane and the meeting in Tunisia - to the moment when we were transferred back to the airport. Although I read bad reviews about OASIS Travel Ukraine and Bravo Airways, and it was a little scary even. In fact - everything is at the highest level! We took three excursions from them (Sahara, Carthage and laser show) - were satisfied. The planes are fed and quite tasty. At the price of taking tours in the Oasis is profitable, we got cheaper than Pegasus and Annex. In short - I just want to thank the company and my tour operator for a great holiday! Thanks!
