Excellent hotel. Rested with my husband in September 2016, went to the "vegetable rest", lie down, soak up the sun. Before that, there were many times in Turkey and Egypt, that is, there is something to compare with. We are not very spoiled, but there are some basic requirements and here they were all met. I'll start in order. We arrived very early, at 7 am we were already at the hotel. We were immediately put on bracelets, given to fill out questionnaires and taken to breakfast. After breakfast, they gave the keys (regular), so there are no problems with degaussing the keys. We were given a room on the 2nd floor overlooking the garden, but it was overlooking the rooftop of an Italian restaurant. We already once lived in such a room in Turkey at the Grin Max hotel. The continuous hum of the hoods was very annoying, it was especially bad when they fried the fish, and the smell was disgusting. Therefore, I was a little tense because of this, but we were so tired that we lay down to lie down and fell asleep (it was raining that morning). Phone call woke us up. They called from the reception to find out if everything suits us, and the husband half-asleep answered that everything suits him, but his wife does not like the view from the window and asked for a room overlooking the pool (this is on the other side of the building), to which the answer was that these numbers are chargeable. When we said that we would not pay extra, the answer was that he did not solve these issues himself. But after 5 minutes they called us again and offered to go see another room. Of course, we agreed, and when we saw what they offered us, the whole dream passed. We were given a room in the other wing overlooking the pool, near the restaurant on the second floor No. 2020. The view from the room is just lovely - the sea, the pool, a lot of greenery and flowers in front of the windows. We were delighted. And the only thing our escort wanted from us was words of gratitude and that "the reception is the best!! ". We convinced him of this as best we could, for greater persuasiveness we gave him a chocolate bar, he was very happy and ran away, and we were even more happy. When we laid out all the things, it turned out that the safe did not work, The button was broken, We called again and they brought us a new safe in 5 minutes. That is, all issues were resolved quickly and without problems. It is very pleasant, especially when they do it with a smile and without "hissing behind their backs. " All the staff are very friendly, everyone says hello, many speak Russian. In general, it seemed that we were in Sochi, there were a lot of Russians, we saw only 4 Germans and 2 English women, and we learned English in order to somehow explain ourselves. The rest was also pleasantly surprised, especially the food, the abundance of different meats - there was lamb, chicken, turkey, beef and even pork. Everything is very tasty and varied - no one will go hungry. Lots of vegetables, fruits, desserts. The sea was very warm, although we were a little unlucky with the weather, it rained almost every day, but still we chose moments without rain and ran to the sea for a swim, and you could always find empty seats and a working bar near the pool - to whom, what necessary! The pool is very clean, the water is warm - in general, everything is on top. The animators guys tried very hard to keep everyone busy, but not intrusively - if you want - yes - if you don't want - they don't touch. but everyone is smiling! If you want to have a good rest, then smile more, and you will be fine. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. I recommend to everyone. If we go again to Tunisia, then definitely in this hotel. Thanks to everyone who made our stay easy and enjoyable, I wish them all the same good time!!! !
