Disgusting hotel and service!! ! the hotel lobby is dusty, armchairs and sofas are worn, burnt with cigarette butts, greasy, dirty, it’s disgusting to stand nearby, let alone sit! their "famous" chandelier is covered in cobwebs and centuries of dust! what was on the tables, chairs, cabinets, walls, there was black mold and a disgusting smell in the refrigerator, stained mirrors, dust mixed with dirt, sand and insects on the floors (as if it had not been cleaned for at least a month) all this was GRADUALLY removed only on 3(! ) day, and what are these purple walls and curtains worth?!..... 5(!!! ) cm cockroaches, cats with kittens shit everywhere, even in a restaurant near the tables where people have breakfast, the stench is terrible !! ! in our bungalow, cats shit between the roof and the plasterboard ceiling, right next to the air conditioner, they cleaned us 2 times - good zero, it still stank! one kitten died right at our door ((((daughter was crying and I was with her.... constant problems with the locks! . and every time they came to fix them, they stood waiting for a tip. . . once I didn’t give it, the next time the lock broke, I called from the room, and I was like: Madam, oh dont andestent! I had to run to the reception, and then I waited another hour for someone to come and do it! I always and everywhere gave tips, but still, everyone didn’t give a damn about the problems (which they created for me! ) And they solved them sooooo reluctantly.... the beach and sun loungers are in a deplorable state. . . you need to approach the sea through a jump, maybe almost a meter of dirt near the shore. Oh, and the “plus” is the construction of Bel Azura !! ! The lie was that it was finished and there would only be internal work !! ! a blatant lie! all the 2 weeks that we rested, heavy equipment, excavators, tractors and large "Kamaz" drove sand and earth, rumble and noise CONSTANTLY! Construction dust flew in our direction and clearly smelled of diesel fuel! Exactly from 14 to 15:30, the maids began to swear among themselves, in Arabic, maids (this is probably a "custom" such a local... yell Basically, quiet time! . So I hardly put my daughter to sleep (((This is during the day, and in the evening from 21 to 23:45 the music around the pool was screaming, and then it was screaming, until 5 in the morning, on the seashore in the "pioneer camp" (that's what we called this institution ) for the Tunisians, who were also built on our "vacation" in 4 days right next to our hotel, a meter from the border with it...
