The hotel is dirty, the staff is not friendly. Rooms are not ready for occupancy. The tour started on September 17, and the check-in took place a day later, because there were no prepared rooms. Towels were disgusting to use. I'm not sure they were washed, because the bed linen probably isn't. The dishes, it seems, were simply lightly rinsed
