Hotel - EDEN CLUB 3*
Tour operator- Anex tour
Airline- Azurair

A country to which we will never return! !
I don't even know where to start writing a bad review...
The airline company - we flew for 4 hours on stools instead of seats, it was terrible, the belts were fastened after one ...in principle, there is nothing to say about food, inedible sandwiches with mayonnaise and some kind of plastic cheese were given back and forth ...the flight was delayed back by 6 for hours they didn’t announce anything and didn’t let the crew on the plane (the pilots were sitting with us in the waiting room), then we were told that some detail on the plane was changing - we generally precipitated ...but we flew fine, the pilot was amazing, he talked to the passengers kindly and said where to look out the window to see the night Sicily and Naples is a beauty! ! ! the landing was magnificent, so soft we have not yet sat down!
Now about the tour operator...

Anex tour - half-asleep and dissatisfied girls met us at the airport, but everything was much worse back, no one notified us about the flight delay, the departure was originally at 20:00, but it was moved to 22:30 a day, they took us from the hotel at 17:00 and getting off the bus, the girl almost laughingly said that "it seems like your flight was postponed" ...we were shocked, this is putting it mildly ...3 small children were traveling in our company, we were all left without dinner and a normal rest. .. then we found out that we had to cuckoo at the airport until 2 am ...there’s nothing good to say about the hotel guide either ...instead of solving our problems, he played for several days and fed us with promises ...without doing anything sensible... but I will describe this in more detail in the comments to the hotel!
Hotel EDEN CLUB 3*:
THIS IS JUST A NIGHTMARE AND NOT A HOTEL! ! !
Everywhere dirt, Arabs, Algerians flooded the hotel every day ...so, okay, everything is in order!
Check-in - we arrived at the hotel at 17:00 (check-in was from 14:00), going up to the administrators, we filled out the documents and we were asked to wait 10 minutes ...we waited half an hour ...no one paid attention to us (a company from 9! man), I came up and asked what the problem was, to which the administrator answered me "no problem", I said "so populate", he started yelling something in Arabic and threw a key at me ...it was the finish line... we went to the room and realized that it would be better if we stayed at the reception ...I am attaching a photo ...the room for 3 was so small that there was nowhere to turn around, but it was half the trouble ...the condo did not work, things were scary in the closet put it - dust, sand, hair ...the same thing on the sheets - hair, sand - apparently they haven’t been changed ...it’s even scary to write about the bathroom ...everything is moldy, the toilet is dirty, the sink is stained, hair hung on the wall and stickers from used pads, a towel was lying on the bathroom, everything was dirty and in my hair ...

we rushed to the reception, but they told us that the room was being cleaned and there were no free ones today ...we offered money, but it didn’t solve anything ...after spending the night in clothes, we ran in the morning to the hotel guide Adam, demanded to move to another hotel , but he talked to the management and a day later we were given another room - cleaner of course, but with a broken toilet bowl, the same dirty towels and a terrible bathroom, we washed exclusively in slippers, because it was scary to step there with bare feet ...after 2 days Adam offered us a move to another hotel with a surcharge of 500!! ! ! dollars, we were shocked and realized that it was simply not profitable for them to relocate us, so they would not offer anything adequate to us ...we stayed in this viper, although a couple of times we wanted to fly home at our own expense ...the attitude of the hotel to Russians, to put it mildly, swine, they didn’t consider us as people there, in principle, they insulted us as best they could or, in principle, did not pay attention to us ...
The cafe food was sooo scarce, but there was always pasta and cucumbers - the children ate almost the same thing as we did ...we wiped the plates and cutlery with antibacterial wipes, as there were food residues and stains on them, lunch was only 1.5 hours and it was very difficult to break through Arab women with children ...sometimes even impossible ...my husband said that alcohol and lemonades were terribly diluted, I didn’t try it myself, I can’t say!
The pools and the sea - the filtration system apparently almost did not work, no one apparently wore children to the toilet either, and after 1.5 hours of staying in the children's pool, swimwear stank of urine ...but unfortunately we had no choice, there were so many jellyfish in the sea that even it was dangerous to stand near the shore! 3 times our men cleaned the water from jellyfish for an hour (with a children's shovel) and we could dip the children in salt water in shallow water for 5 minutes, then the jellyfish attacked! . . the beach is dirty, they found glasses a couple of times, and near the pool we found a needle ...
A little more about the hotel - upon arrival we were immediately announced - they steal here - hand over valuables to the safe, but after learning from the residents that the cameras are sometimes turned off in the room with the safe and things disappear there, we decided not to risk it and carried documents, money and phones with tablets with yourself!! ! ! there are many more small nuances, but there is sooo much to write, so I will limit myself to the most egregious ones!
