The pool is not designed for the full occupancy of the hotel. I didn't have to swim freely. They feed badly. Dishes are dirty and chipped. There are not enough appliances, you have to run all over the dining room for salt shakers. From fruit for lunch and dinner was only watermelon. There are no salads at all. Separately, there is a bowl of shredded red cabbage, a bowl of tomatoes, a bowl of heavily pickled vegetables, and some dressings. In those vegetables that were not eaten on the eve of the next day, they add a little meat and liver and stew for us for lunch. If they cook chicken, then it is only bones and there is not much meat on them, we call it a soup set, but they have it chicken. You come to the dining room with one thought: if only you don’t get poisoned. Delicious pastries only. The porridge is disgusting, the rice is undercooked and crunchy on the teeth. The hotel saves on everything. Air conditioning central, the air does not cool. It is not possible to be in the room, you are suffocating from the heat. There are no shops or cafes nearby. There is nowhere to even go for a walk. You have to drive 13-15 km to the store. In fact, we couldn't wait to leave. It's a pity wasted vacation and money. We paid more than 100 thousand rubles for 12 nights in this garbage dump. I may still come to Tunisia, but not to this "hotel". Survived in this hotel from 06/29/2018 to 07/11/2018 in room 126.

For lunch and dinner, a mess of salads from second-hand products, spicy soup, side dishes and hot dishes simply float in fat and spices, while the assortment practically does not change. Scandals with restaurant employees do not help at all.
From entertainment: the animators are trying, of course, but this does not save the general impression of wretchedness.
For shopping: there are no shops nearby, in principle, for fruits and everything else you need to go either to Monastir or to Sousse. Cheaper than the bus.

We drove, to be honest, expecting all sorts of tricks from Tunisia in general, and from the hotel in particular, but, as it turned out, in vain. I won’t write about Tunisia, it’s not about him here, but the hotel surprised us. The hotel itself, in principle, nothing particularly remarkable, the hotel as a hotel. Its location, however, is very successful, since it is located almost on the seashore - you pass by the pool - and here it is - beautiful, transparent, blue-blue. But I would like to tell you about the people working in this hotel - everyone, starting from the receptionist and ending with the cleaner, behave as if you are their close relative, and they do it absolutely sincerely. Of course, it must be said that they treat you this way only if you respond the same to them. We arrived at night, tired, we were immediately fed dinner (although the restaurant had not been working at that time for a long time), and placed in a room. In the morning, after resting, we decided to change the room, as we still wanted to have a sea view. We went to the reception, asked to change the room, we were told to wait until 12 until the check-out, and at 12, when we came up with a suitcase, we were immediately given the key to another beautiful room overlooking the sea. Rooms are cleaned daily, at first we did not leave anything to the maid, but from the third day we began to leave dinars each as a token of gratitude. In fact, I wanted to thank everyone there somehow, they are such nice people. . The restaurant workers are running around, knocked down to please everyone, the chefs are trying, trying to feed everyone as varied and delicious as possible, the bartenders are smiling, everyone is in a good mood. In the evening before leaving, we decided to sit on the beach, say goodbye to the sea, drink their local wine - the security guard let us in, wished us a good evening, we came, took two sunbeds - sit on one, use the other instead of a table, only accommodated - the three of us, of course, not very it’s convenient to sit on one sunbed, we look at someone walking, it’s already dark, you can’t see anything. He comes closer, and this grandfather, the guard, brought us three chairs from the bar so that we could sit well, and he took the sunbed and took it to the place himself. And they all work so that vacationers feel good. Separately, I want to note the boys of the animators, who even more distinguish this hotel from the previous ones in which we were. From early morning until late at night, they create a cheerful and festive mood for hotel guests. . Those who do not want to do not participate in entertainment, and do not communicate with the animators at all, and we took part in all the activities that they held, we were very pleased, we had fun and interesting. The animator Tito stands out especially, a wonderful boy with whom it is pleasant to communicate, and just admire how he dances, has fun, it’s a great pleasure, the guy has such energy, he just glows all over, and it’s immediately clear how much he likes the work he does. is engaged. In general, I thank them very much, for the fact that there are such places where you can relax not only physically, but also with your soul, and if you asked me where I would definitely like to return again, I would definitely answer that in Neptunia .

There are only three pools: a large pool with a depth of 1.8-1 m, and three pools for children. Immediately behind the pool is the entrance to the sea. Sunbeds and mattresses are free, they will be brought to you by a guy or a beach guard. Animators work with a bang. Young active guys who will not let you get bored. We were fed unusually, especially on our day of departure when Ramadan ended.
There was everything from olives and a variety of salads to grilled chicken and tuna fillets.
