We rested from July 30 to August 6. The first and definitely the last time we went in the middle of summer. Very high humidity with 39 degrees is not for me. It was hard to breathe and constantly sticky body, even in the evening. During dinner on the veranda, the tables were damp, the handbag lying on the table also became damp very quickly.
Nord Wind flew - there was one sandwich for lunch, there were no juices, they fed us back as usual. Checked in quickly without any problems, though we arrived at the hotel around 19 hours. Although the three guys were waiting from 19 to 1 o'clock in the morning until they put a third bed in a double room.
Room C 127 on the ground floor at the end of the building. I really dislike the first floors and was going to change in the morning, but then I changed my mind. The room overlooked a green lawn, people did not go, it was quite calm. Until 11 p. m. , the music from the disco was very audible, but later - silence. And what is important for me - during the day there was no direct sun in the room. Cleaning was done daily, towels changed, water, coffee and sugar replenished regularly, no complaints, although others complained that they didn’t clean for three days. Our balcony door did not close, they said at the reception, they fixed it, as promised in 10 minutes (for the sake of justice, it must be said that about an hour and a half before that, our cleaning lady wrote an application in some magazine).

Of the pluses - good rooms and powerful, but quiet air conditioners, there were no problems with either cold or hot water. One drawback is the lack of ventilation in the bathroom. But, according to my observations, in Tunisia this is the case in all hotels. The fridge in the room and the safe worked without problems. Nice well kept area.
Regarding WiFi - in principle, it catches everywhere, but the signal is not always stable and is very dependent on the gadget. We had a simple tablet and a good smartphone. The difference was felt very
As for nutrition. Due to the heat, we had to have breakfast and lunch in the main restaurant. If you came at "rush hour" you had to look for empty seats and wait until the table was cleared, but usually there were no problems. The waiters worked normally, rushed around the hall. Sometimes it was necessary to wait until drinks were brought, but everything is understandable - the hall is large, the hotel is filled to capacity. On vacation, you are usually not late for anything, so sitting an extra 5-10 minutes is not a problem. If you need a personal waiter, you need to go to hotels of another (main price) category. Breakfasts are common for all resorts - eggs in various forms, pancakes, cottage cheese, yogurts, cheeses, etc. Six types of different smoothies and freshly squeezed juices. For lunch and dinner, poultry, fish, meat, all in different forms. With the preparation of meat dishes in Tunisia is generally a problem. They manage to make almost everything chewable. But you can always find something. Usually in large clay pots everything is quite soft. Don't be alarmed if it's a creepy color. I can’t say anything about side dishes (I don’t eat them), but I saw pasta, mashed potatoes, various potatoes, cereals, stewed vegetables. If you want something that is being prepared on line, you will naturally have to stand in line. You can always find something to eat. Yes, 4 kinds of good ice cream. Alcohol - in Tunisia, local dry wines are quite good, beer, for me, is not very good. The bars also have strong drinks and make cocktails a la Mojito and Pinot Colada. If you insist, they even crush mint with lemon and crushed ice, but they just mix liquids and throw ice with lemon and mint.
Now about the cons, because of which I would not advise any of my friends to go to this hotel. The main one is the beach. The beach itself is quite large, there are enough sunbeds and umbrellas. But it is practically not removed. Sunbeds and tables in the morning are scattered exactly as they were left in the evening. No one arranges them neatly, does not clean them from sand and debris. There were no time limits for "reserving" sunbeds. The sand is white, fine. But no one cleans it either, there is a lot of garbage. In the mornings, the sand was smoothed with the back of the rake. The sea is shallow (up to a chest depth of exactly 70 steps), clean and transparent. But this is only in the morning. Nearby is a municipal beach full of locals. After lunch, people from the neighboring beach quietly move to the hotel. There is simply nowhere to enter the water, obviously locals without bracelets also appear on the sunbeds. And garbage appears in the water - watermelon peels, glasses, pads and even, to put it mildly, excrement. As a result, in the afternoon, the sea is not to enter. I don’t go to the pools, but people complained about the boorish behavior of local vacationers, of which there were about 70%, and most of them relax by the pools.

Another minus. Not critical, but for the 5-ki is unacceptable, it seems to me. Reception work is disgusting. At an empty counter in front of three employees, you can stand for 10 minutes, watching their joyful conversation or chatter on the phone. Moreover, in terms of the manner of communication, the conversation is clearly not official. I have never come across the fact that when asked to call a taxi, they offered to go outside the hotel and take the car there. The reception phone number is not indicated anywhere in the rooms, when I asked, they immediately stopped understanding both Russian and English, I managed to learn it ONLY through the guide (just in case 400), but they don’t answer calls. Five people complained. On one of the evenings from 20 o'clock the alarm rang in the corridor. I don’t know the fire department or smoke detectors (you can only smoke on the street or in the lobby bar), but they didn’t answer reception calls, but I really didn’t want to go. So we fell asleep after 23 hours to the sound of the alarm! Such is the safety!
Here are the impressions about the hotel. It's a pity, because the owners are clearly trying. They made repairs, conduct surveys of vacationers weekly...
PS Perhaps if you go in the off-season for the locals, everything will be better.
