Well, okay, that's not the point))) The guides who are in the hotel are GAVRILOVA KRISTINA and ZHANNA (sorry, I didn’t specify the last name) rude, bazaar women, shapeless "pigs" !!!! ! It is simply impossible to get any help or advice from them, because they are not competent in any issue !!! ! I don't understand why they are still working there? It took several days and some effort to sign up for the so-called seafood restaurant for dinner))))) And having been there, we realized one thing that this is simply a "tavern" !!!! ! Where you shouldn't have gone! On my birthday, there was no reaction from the hotel staff, although I confess that I have been leaving at this time for many years and my birthday never goes unnoticed by the hotel staff (either a small bouquet of flowers in the room, or just in words), you know Still, a gentle word and a cat is pleased! And here it's not at all............. The food is terrible (soy sausage, meat) sometimes there was chicken, which you simply cannot eat. I have never seen such queues anywhere)))) But I immediately remembered myself when I was a girl and stood in queues for sausage on coupons))))) Upon leaving the hotel, we asked for breakfast (package), to which they answered me, that the hotel does not give out such breakfasts, if you want, then stay and have breakfast here! The beach is 10-15 minutes away from the hotel, but you can't call it a beach!!! ! Umbrellas are all broken, it looked like an "ASKA BUSE umbrella cemetery". There is a pier at the hotel, but it's small............ !!! Trying to calm myself down so as not to spoil my vacation in the evenings in the theater with animators.
