Me: unpretentious tourist, inexperienced with 5 stars (rested: Kemer 3* and Bulgaria 3*).
HOTEL: not new, tinted, the walls are not shabby, the plaster does not crumble, as for me, it pulls for 3 *.
The territory is well-groomed, they clean it in the morning (wash the paths, collect garbage from under the bushes).
We arrived around 14:30-15:00, settled immediately (check-out 12:00; check-in 14:00).
ROOM: we were given a two-room apartment (unexpectedly, it was not specified when ordering) on the 4th floor. block "G".

First, a living room (hall, hallway or whatever you like) with two sofas (old but lively), a plastic table and stool, a bedside table, a refrigerator, a TV (14 "kinescope, 10 or 11 programs in poor quality, 2 of them are Russian, the rest are Turkish I didn’t try to set it up because everything is useless in the current realities. ) The telly was turned off from the outlet and got an additional free outlet, because there are only four of them for the whole room: a refrigerator (occupied), a TV (freed), one is just free near the table, the last one is in the bathroom.
Further corridor with closet and bathroom.
In the bathroom there is a sink, a wall-mounted soap dish with liquid soap, a mirror with a shelf, a socket, a toilet bowl, a shower cabin (small) with a wall-mounted soap dish with liquid soap.
And a bedroom: two separate beds with bedside tables, a wardrobe, a dressing table with a mirror, a stationary hair dryer, air conditioning, a balcony.
There are two plastic chairs on the balcony. The view is not a neighboring courtyard with a pool (not ours) and to the left a view of the sea.
The furniture in the room is shabby, but alive, if used for its intended purpose, then it's normal. Beds are good.
BEACH: yes, it is nearby across the road, but the transition (ground and underground) is 150-200 meters to the right, a little further to the left. Walk from the hotel to the beach 10 minutes. Yes, this is not much, but the description does not indicate the details, and I chose the first line of the beach, and here is such an "ambush". The beach is sandy. The entrance to the sea is pebbles and stone slabs, uncomfortable, but not fatal.
Sunbeds and awnings free of charge. There is water (cold from a bottle). Shower and dressing room.
STAFF.
Receptionist: they will listen to you, accept the application, write it down (in my case, per soul and air conditioning), they will send the equipment. But everything is somehow gloomy, not friendly, without a smile, I didn’t like it.
Cleaning: nice women, Russian-speaking, fast and clean.
Bartender: OK. But when they ask for pure alcoholic drinks, he pretends to understand Russian poorly. But tips remove the language barrier.

CUISINE: few meat dishes, once a week chicken, once shawarma, once stewed chicken with potatoes and once a kebab. There was always their sausage or cutlets (like soybeans, but this is not accurate... ). Lots of different fresh vegetable salads, different sauces and ketchup. For lunch, there is always some kind of cream soup. For breakfast, there were always multi-colored dry breakfasts with milk for children. From desserts: honey and jam in the morning, apples / plums / oranges in the afternoon, watermelon dinner.
Afternoon (I will highlight separately) tasteless cookies (not sweet, not salty, just tasteless) and tea / coffee / UPI at your discretion.
Drinks at the bar: tea; coffee machine (free of charge) with coffee, coffee with milk, espresso, cappuccino, hot chocolate and hot water; cold "yupi" "like an orange" and "like something berry" are very diluted. At the bartender: sprite-cola-fanta, beer, vodka, whiskey, gin.
Minuses:
1) the beach is further than it seems;
2) Wi-Fi is paid (I won’t say about coverage and quality - I used mobile);
3) air conditioning ON SCHEDULE (12:30-16:30 and 23:00-4:00), but sometimes did not work when it should and worked when it should not;
4) there are a lot of broken sunbeds on the beach;
Pros:
1) cleaning every day;
2) change of bed after 3-4 days;
3) sea;
Results:
I am satisfied with the rest, because went to rest on the Mediterranean Sea and not in the room / bar / pool / dining room to spend time. In terms of price-result ratio, this is better than "near Odessa" (inflow, etc. ): the conditions and price are similar, and the sea-weather is many times better.
It’s not the meager choice of food that saddens, not the scheduled air conditioning, but our compatriots:
-smoked on the beach - goby in the sand;
-ate corn - kachan under the trestle bed;
- there are 4-6 people in the pool and the sunbeds around the pool are empty, covered
a towel / bedding / T-shirt / hat / shorts and the people who-knows-where, but they took the place (redneck of the highest category);
- for three people, take 6-7 plates of food in the dining room and not even eat a third (but the Turks suffer from this, we had vacationers and locals).
