Check-in was on September 14, at the moment we are resting here for 6 days, but we don’t have the strength to wait until we arrive home to write a review about this hell! I beg you, buy ANY of the hotels in the vicinity for the same money, but not THIS one! We drove here for 3.5 hours in the impossible heat! As they wrote below, we were "thrown" by some unknown Sveta, who constantly offered her boors. Before departure, our tour operator indicated that my wife and husband were flying and we needed one double bed in the room. We were put in a room in a completely different building, where the view from the balcony is back to back with the apartments of the Turks. Until we could see what the Turks had for breakfast and, as it turned out later, envy them!! ! Upon arrival at the room, we saw two separate small beds, two non-working lamps, a dirty balcony, a leaking shower and washbasin, and a dirty, worn mirror almost to the holes! There was simply no mini-bar. There is no water in the room and never provided.
If you want to drink at night, walk 500m to the nearest store and buy a bottle of water for 1€. We asked to change our room, as it was indicated on the ticket as a standard double room, which means "one double bed" everywhere in Europe, we were told that this hotel is special, and out of a thousand hotel rooms, they allegedly have only TEN rooms with such bed, and then they are designed for large families. God bless him, we moved the beds. It was time for lunch, we went up to the dining room - from the meat there were only three-centimeter soy sausages. It was the first and last day we saw anything resembling meat. There are no types of cheese here, forget about it. From salads, about 5 types and all of the same composition: tomato, cucumber and onion. The only difference is in the sauces. For dinner, they put what they didn’t eat during the day and add a new batch to the plate for completeness. Your room will not be cleaned until you put up a sign. If you left towels anywhere but on the floor, they simply won't be changed for you. They will change only when you throw all the dirty towels on the floor in the bathroom. The floor in your room will not be washed. Feel free to bring shampoo, laundry detergent and soap with you. From the cleaning, only a new roll of toilet paper and made beds await you. For a week, you will not change bed linen even once, answering that washing linen leads to water pollution in the country !!!
