I loved this hotel very much and visited it more than ten times (some years twice). This year, after the renovation, the hotel brought me into a stupor. At the entrance no one meets (as in all previous years, I generally keep quiet about champagne). The receptionist does not speak Russian and English. I stood for fifteen minutes to hand over my passports, no one pays attention to you. Fifteen more I sat in a chair until we were kind of noticed and condescended to come up. Then they brought the bracelets of the first visit, explained to the girl for a long time that she needed to read the questionnaire and we were not the first time here. With great difficulty they explained to us that they would settle us after 14.00 and we are free, we can go to breakfast. True, on the way to the restaurant, having heard my indignation, a representative of Anex-Tour, a young lady Katya, came up, who, after listening to the claims and taking the voucher, solved the settlement issues within an hour. all eight years of visiting Turkish hotels, there was no equal, and to which I would like to express my gratitude with all my heart).
After the restructuring, the restaurant didn’t really surprise with anything, it was remade like a hotel in Avsallar. But the food was amazing. The sophistication and exclusiveness of previous years are a thing of the past, you can see with the chef. The main meat is chicken in different forms. There are no seafood. If something happened as people say, then I did not see it when I came to the restaurant 19.00-19.10. The variety of cheeses for breakfast has halved. Nothing to do at lunch. Grilled fish such as salmon and tuna are not available. Beef tongues, lambs or grilled turkeys/ducks are generally a thing of the past. For eight days, once there was lamb in the form of shawarma, for which there was a huge queue. Strained with fruits, there are no berries or bananas. Watermelons, apples, oranges. In short, food at the hotel turns into a fast food format.
The sea is the sea, for the sake of it you go to rest. But now the pier - the hallmark of the hotel - has disappeared. What they have done is only suitable for guests with small children. Two concrete piers on both sides and an island in the middle close the exit to the sea, there are no waves, but the surface of the water is constantly covered with washable creams, which are a continuous film on the surface. There is nowhere to wash after the sea, they washed themselves with a hose, a shower after complaints appeared on the third day. There are no decks between the sunbeds, after washing you return to the sunbed with your feet covered with sand. Nobody puts ashtrays on the beach either (as before on the pier) and hotel guests from Turkey, lying on the sand, extinguish and bury cigarette butts in the sand. Also, without a twinge of conscience, they can safely pull a towel from your sunbed while you are at sea, and lay it on your sand. It’s useless to talk to them about something, they don’t understand you or pretend that they don’t understand. There is no drinking water at the hotel except for bars, but on the beach it is oh so needed. You can't relax on the beach. Children yell and rush about, sand flies from under their running feet, rescuers constantly whistle. So for those who are accustomed to peace and quiet, you are not here.

The green area in the hotel is also destroyed, everything is filled with concrete. Orange trees were transplanted into tubs and they are in a deplorable state under the walls of the hotel.

Housekeeping is a separate issue. It all comes down to taking out the garbage from the bins. Went to gastrolocation, went up to the room with the maid manager, showed the sand in the bathroom and the complete lack of cleaning, lack of shampoos, etc. They took pictures, called somewhere, they said everything would be OK. The issue was resolved by washing off the sand in the bathroom and setting up soapy-ryl accessories. By the way, not a dollar or two helps. If they do not have time to remove it, they simply turn on the do not disturb button, one day turned it off three times.

If you decide to visit a sauna, a Finnish bath or something else free in the spa, you need to go ask for free time when a paid client is not served. But it's not a fact that you will get to this time. (sorry. . . - pandemic. . . )
What's good. . . Wifi is normal even on the beach. Alcohol is okay too. Hasan is smart. Turkish coffee girls brew normally. The waitress girls rush around as much as they can, thanks to them. But guests from their native country are served first of all, you see, they received such an instruction.

The control shot was the moment of departure. We went to the spa to change and wash before the road. Only the showers are closed due to the pandemic, as we were told. If you want to wash yourself, go to the saunas, but no one says that the water is cold there. In short, the finish line, while I'm not in this hotel with my foot. It's less of a review, it's a cry from the heart.
