We are writing this review so that normal people do not ruin their vacation. We tried to relax at the Hedef Resort & Spa Hotel 5 * in June 2017, but thanks to Coral Travel, at our request, after two days of our stay in it, we were moved to another hotel. So our holiday was not spoiled.
So about the hotel. We must give credit that the hotel rooms are spacious and not bad. All other food, sanitation in the dining room, near the pool, on the beach, in all bars are simply terrible. The dishes are poorly washed, there are remnants of previous food, food, drinking water, there are not enough beach towels for everyone. Floors are sticky, public toilets are very dirty, food is not edible. In the evenings, camels lie around the pool (for photos) and arrange a bazaar. In this way, the hotel earns on businessmen, and in the morning the children swim in this pool. On the beach, the pontoon is not completed, it cannot be used, the entrance to the sea is huge boulders. The safe in the room is not screwed on, you can pick it up and carry it away.
