Other vacationers were very surprised, they complained about the food. I don't know what they eat at home.
The staff is friendly, smiling, there are those who speak Russian.

She spoke with obvious disdain and rudely stated that she was not interested in dealing with our issue and moving to another hotel was impossible.
Our vacation was hopelessly ruined, because the hotel does not correspond to the 4 * category, a whole list of declared services was not provided and we were refused resettlement, which did not give us the opportunity to correct the situation and spend our vacation in another hotel.

The village of Konakli itself is without any sights and for a trip to Alanya you need to take a minibus with 5 liras and drive for 28 minutes, where you will see a real clear sea. Personally, I do not recommend the hotel as 4 stars, but as a budget 2 stars and with modest service, if you are really bad with finances, but you want to go to the Mediterranean, then you are here. I always knew that the service in Turkey is very low (there is something to compare with, that's why I am writing posts), but so much. . .
Let's start, perhaps:
* There is no normal light at all, during the day lighting can be from the balcony. All the light is neon (or whatever), well, in general, colored and dark.
* In the bathroom, the light is ordinary, white, but not bright, in the shower it was dark and nothing was particularly visible. Other rooms are better.
* Little space in the bathroom, in other rooms it was more spacious.
* The shower door closed tightly, 1/3 was open, maybe the second door was torn off?
* Cleaning??? ? We asked to leave. They could come in and wipe the floors if they were lucky, but we had to ask for change of towels, bed linen. In the first few days I had to throw all the towels on the floor so that they understood that it was time to change, and at the same time I wiped the water off the floor. There were only 2 towels per person (sometimes there were 3 for two??????????? ), and one just in the form of a rug, but one did not help with our bathroom.
* For the first time I see such a stupid air conditioning system. When you open the door to the balcony, it stops working, when you close it, it does not turn back on, you have to press the remote control several times to turn it off and on again.
* Home - an old aunt who saves on EVERYTHING!! ! The animator does the work of a hookah, waiter, cleaner, but not the work of an animator. There are no entertainment programs there, even for children, what can we say about adults. There hangs a schedule of entertainment for the whole day, but alas - it means nothing. The slide is turned on at 11.15, 17 hours for only 30 minutes. Exactly at 22 the bar is turned off, if you come up and it will be 22:01, they will tell you: bring down or pay.
* Everyone is bred with water, up to food, and this is not a joke. The food is not fresh, or rather it is fresh, but rarely. There is no normal meat. When french fries appeared, they gave it in portions (we had all inclusive), when the kids asked to put more, I am silent about adults, he said: no

* Elevators often broke down. We lived on the 5th floor (in our opinion it is the 6th floor), of course it is not so difficult to climb on foot, but we are on vacation, and we go into the room more than once a day.
* The elevators are dirty and super stuffy and sometimes smelly from the fact that they were not ventilated. Again, from the greed of the hostess.

I always knew that the service in Turkey is very low (there is something to compare with, that's why I am writing posts), but so much. . .
Let's start, perhaps:
* There is no normal light at all, during the day lighting can be from the balcony. All the light is neon (or whatever), well, in general, colored and dark.
* In the bathroom, the light is ordinary, white, but not bright, in the shower it was dark and nothing was particularly visible. Other rooms are better.
* Little space in the bathroom, in other rooms it was more spacious.
* The shower door closed tightly, 1/3 was open, maybe the second door was torn off?
* Cleaning??? ? We asked to leave. They could come in and wipe the floors if they were lucky, but we had to ask for change of towels, bed linen. In the first few days I had to throw all the towels on the floor so that they understood that it was time to change, and at the same time I wiped the water off the floor. There were only 2 towels per person (sometimes there were 3 for two??????????? ), and one just in the form of a rug, but one did not help with our bathroom.
* For the first time I see such a stupid air conditioning system. When you open the door to the balcony, it stops working, when you close it, it does not turn back on, you have to press the remote control several times to turn it off and on again.
* Home - an old aunt who saves on EVERYTHING!! ! The animator does the work of a hookah, waiter, cleaner, but not the work of an animator. There are no entertainment programs there, even for children, what can we say about adults. There hangs a schedule of entertainment for the whole day, but alas - it means nothing. The slide is turned on at 11.15, 17 hours for only 30 minutes. Exactly at 22 the bar is turned off, if you come up and it will be 22:01, they will tell you: bring down or pay.
* Everyone is bred with water, up to food, and this is not a joke. The food is not fresh, or rather it is fresh, but rarely. There is no normal meat. When french fries appeared, they gave it in portions (we had all inclusive), when the kids asked to put more, I am silent about adults, he said: no

* As for the food. . . Oh, McDonald's was our salvation, it's 10.000, 000 times tastier and better.
* Elevators often broke down. We lived on the 5th floor (in our opinion it is the 6th floor), of course it is not so difficult to climb on foot, but we are on vacation, and we go into the room more than once a day.
* The elevators are dirty and super stuffy and sometimes smelly from the fact that they were not ventilated. Again, from the greed of the hostess.
* Restaurant. . . although this is too big a word for such a hotel, but so be it. They don’t kick you out if you didn’t have time to finish your meal, you sit a little more time. For 9 days they gave 3 times a turkey, 2 times a chicken and 2 times a fish (bony, be careful! ) And several times chicken stomachs and chicken liver. Fruits: watermelon, grapes, plums. Tea, coffee only for breakfast. My husband and I do not drink alcohol, but we tried the local beer - it is non-alcoholic. The rest of the alcohol is a weak degree. Maybe it's for the best, no one rioted. Turks don't drink alcohol at all. Walking around Turkey, you will not see that one of the locals drinks. Everyone drinks only coffee in special glass glasses of 100 grams. Of course, we will not come to this hotel again. The owners in it save on everything. A beautiful mosque is visible from the windows in the corridors. There, on the side of the mosque (across the road), there is a large market and a modern supermarket for shoppers, you can say "Broadway"... there is where to roam. Alanya is 10 minutes away by a comfortable city bus.
We arrived at 2 o'clock at night. And at first we were 4 settled in a triple room... The next day after 12 o'clock the room was changed and we finally relaxed. I was pleasantly surprised that the towels were changed every day.
We read the reviews, thought we would get stuck with food - so many complaints... Let's answer honestly - THEY WERE NOT HUNGRY! During our stay there were fish, chicken, fruits, and even french fries. Only our vacationers strove to take more with them, which is why not everyone had enough. The hotel is small, apparently with family service, with a good pool, there is even a slide by the hour. The local alcohol is diluted in places, but we went to have fun without hops in our heads. Moreover, in such a heat, I only wanted to drink water, which was always in the cooler.
Separately about the beach. It is a 5-minute walk, sand and pebble, protected by breakwaters during a storm, with its sunbeds and umbrellas, which were kindly opened by the lifeguard Arif. It was only necessary not to forget at the end of the holiday to thank this nice person with a tip, who always had at the ready not only juices, water, coffee, but also tea from his own collected herbs. Plus, a positive mood from photo shoots with his beloved dog Labrador Corsair.
From the entertainment at the hotel: a bar, a swimming pool with a slide and a SPA with a paid massage. Beach towels for $5 deposit. Therefore, for $ 2 we bought a ball in a nearby tent and spent the whole day chasing it in the pool and on the sea.
As a result, the definition of our rest was given. The hotel is wonderful for a quiet holiday for pensioners, the food is also for the four... Everything would be fine, but there is a big minus. Since we flew by charter planes, the flights were terribly inconvenient in time. We departed from Moscow during the day with a delay and arrived at the hotel at 2 o'clock at night. And we were taken back to the airport at three in the morning, because. departure at 7 am. As a result, the rest was reduced by 2 days.
