We rested at the hotel with my husband and child at the end of October. We arrived at the hotel at 10.30 and settled us only at 14.00. At the reception they said that this is the concept of the hotel and no one will meet you. Wait! Leaving the bags we went to the main restaurant, there was a late breakfast until 11.00. When I entered there, I was surprised by the emptiness, there was nothing to eat !! ! There were some leftovers on the tables but there was nothing to choose from! My husband and I chose something from the leftovers. I wanted to eat from the road, but the child just drank tea, there was nothing else.
At 14.00 we were settled and not a minute earlier! The room is certainly good, we got it on the ground floor with a view of the sea. (But when we bought the tour for the room, we paid extra). We lived in the room for 7 days and during this time we NEVER CLEANED the room and did not change the towels. The neighbors in the room told us that if you want to clean the room, you need to give a tip, but no one will come. So it was!
Bars have no range of liquor at all; there was beer, wine, whiskey, gin and vodka. This is not the first time we have a rest, but there was no such meager assortment anywhere, there was not even rake, although this is their national drink!

There are PERMANENT QUEUES in the restaurant, you can’t find a table if you arrive early, there is a crowd of people, and if you are late, there is no food left. So it turned out that all the people, like a flock of sheep, stand in huge heaps first to get into the restaurant and take a seat, and then huge queues are created to get food, and if you come to the end, then there is no food left only cheeses, vegetables and greens. And this is always the case for breakfast, lunch and dinner. And the attendants scoff that they say there is nothing to eat in Russia. bread sandwiches, and also queues. The bars work alternately, the hotel is large, there are a lot of people, and the beach bar works with alcohol alone, the other two have only tea, coffee and beer. To take a boiler, you need to spend 10 minutes in line.
