I really liked the hotel. Very friendly staff, despite the early morning (about 06.00) met at the entrance, politely asked to fill in the relevant documents for settling. Every day they cleaned it, cleanly, without swans on the bed, but towel fans - regularly!

So, on the cut inside the envelope in the bottom layer was... a piece of their local sausage, on top of it was a piece of cheese. AU! ARE YOU NORMAL?? ? A piece of boiled sausage with cheese, wrapped (well, roughly) in pita bread and fried in oil - do you think this is a restaurant dish ? ! Is this a dish from the restaurant where they accept and serve only by appointment? ! But that is not all. This "exquisite" dish was covered with some kind of tomato sauce. And in the sauce I saw... a piece of spaghetti, four centimeters. Question - where in the dish, where there is no spaghetti, THIS appeared?? ? I found only one answer for myself: at dinner every day they serve spaghetti (in one tray) and spaghetti sauce (nearby, in another tray). People could type it carelessly, and pieces of spaghetti ended up in the sauce tray. This very sauce, left over from dinner, was poured on us in the a la carte restaurant, a dish of boiled sausage with cheese. How do you like this food for 5 * ???
If a "restaurant by appointment" serves this, you can imagine what people are fed at lunch and dinner. In fairness, I’ll note, of course, that they also had good dishes, but there were only one or two of them and they were counted, and not every day. Plus, a spoonful of honey will be the moment that the sweet dishes in the main hall were very worthy, all sorts of cakes and similar sweets. And they have a platform, such as an open dining room (if you stand facing the hotel and with your back to the sea, then to the left of the pool), and ice cream is served there during the day - also very tasty. In the same place, on the edge of the platform, there is such a covered shed, and there a Turkish woman bakes flat cakes, simple and sometimes stuffed with unleavened cottage cheese and herbs. We really liked these cakes, I recommend. Here she is - a craftswoman, and about the head chef, I got the impression that he is more of a culinary specialist than a main course specialist: the sweet table is good, but the rest is quiet horror. I repeat, I am writing exactly my opinion, for sure many people liked what was served there, but we didn’t. You won't be hungry, but don't expect much.
And for alcohol, the situation is quite interesting: there is a bar near the pool, it is the most popular during the day, and so beer is poured there, for example, for vacationers, they pour it into plastic cups with a volume of 240 ml (there is a marking on the bottom). This, of course, with foam - and foam can be up to a third of a glass, that is, to drink a liter of beer you need to take 6 glasses, no less. In the Atrium bar, which is in the hotel building itself, the situation is better - they pour 0.33 into glass, but you can’t take the container out of this bar. In short, complete nonsense - to drink beer in the heat, you have to constantly run. I wish I took two glasses of 0.5 each - and the norms, but no, they pour them into beakers, and sometimes there are queues of 15 people at the bar, it turns out that you don’t enjoy beer so much as you stand in line for it. With me, the guy came to the beer with a spacing (where he got it - a mystery), and immediately scored 12 glasses on him. Our friends were resting just at the same time, but in a different hotel - so they had beer in cans, 0.33 and 0.5 each. Take as much as you like. No one stands on the spill and does not create a queue. Our conclusion is this: if nothing changes, I see no point in going to this hotel. IMHO.
Not about the hotel, but purely in the form of a recommendation - go to Alanya itself, to the mountain-peninsula itself, climb the cable car, the view is gorgeous. It is easy to get there: buses run along the highway, such as our minibuses. The journey from Konakl to Alanya is about 6 liras (pay in liras, it's cheaper), it takes 15-20 minutes to drive. Tell the driver "teleferik" - this is a cable car in Turkish. He will tell you where to get up, but even if you drive to the final one, in the city center, it doesn’t matter, it’s not far to return there. The return trip on the cable car costs 39 liras per adult and 26 per child, in time 5 minutes, no more. Even from the cabin of the cable car, and even more so from the top of the mountain, simply excellent panoramas open up, a great place for a photo shoot.

Separately, I want to note the SPA. All staff are friendly and professional. We took a complex, including a hammam, a classic massage and a face mask. Everything was at the highest level, as there was something to compare. Took five more massage sessions. At prices for excursions: a little more expensive than in other excursion shops on the street, but it’s better to take it from a guide, you don’t have to pay extra for anything. Tour guide insurance is also included.
2. Number. Asked for a room with a sea view and was given no problem. The room is beautiful and well maintained, there are some minor cosmetic flaws. There is no fungus in the bathroom. The doors in the shower are very wobbly and do not close, the watering can leaks at the junction with the hose. Cleaning every day is minimal. Towels were not changed every day.
3. Food. Three times a day, additional snack bar during the day and night soup. There are first courses (soups), dairy. Pizzas. Various side dishes. The meat is mostly chicken. Meat dishes. Lots of salads and cheeses. The sweet table is very large and varied. Vegetable salads and fruits are enough. Grill - meat, fish, vegetables are prepared for dinner additionally. Ice cream from two to five, tasty and varied. Two bar counters, on the veranda and inside.
4. Bars near the pool and in the lobby. Alcohol is quite varied. The bartenders are friendly and playful. The bar is clean. They work from 10 to 00. Piano in the lobby.

My child lived for 11 days on pasta, potatoes and cucumbers, in the morning there were pancakes with chocolate, if you can call it that. There was an omelet, desserts, baklava delicious, but very sweet. We often dined at the snack bar, there were no queues. But there was pasta and small cutlets and ice cream, well, there was also alcohol and there were no queues anywhere. Ice cream was, the usual delicious, only different colors. The queue for registration in the restaurant is a kilometer, they take only from 10 to 11. On Thursday, they don’t even write down for the next week. Only from sun to trail. week. Just some bullshit.
4. Alcohol is weird. Not diluted, bartenders should be driven with a stick, like sleepy flies, if I were on the spot, the administration would give them a thrashing. Wine, whiskey, vodka, rum. Cola, the sprite is all diluted. Juices - steam. The bars stink of rotten, the glasses are dirty with a coating. The bar counter is just floating in the alcohol residue. The bartenders are talking among themselves, creating even more queue. Horror!
6. Swimming pool and water park. The pools are clean and not deep. The sun loungers are tired, but alive, without soft sunbeds. The water park is so-so, rather they should have been told that there are just water slides. Out of 5 slides, sometimes 3 pieces, then 4 pieces worked periodically. The child is happy, that's enough.
7. Sea. This is Alanya, which means that there are slabs and stones all over the coast. Shore sand mixed with small pebbles. There were enough sun loungers on the beach. But they looked shabby some were broken. Garbage, glasses, and plastic glasses are lying on the sand, but this is more of a question for vacationers. For 2 weeks I saw only once a man cleaning on the beach. The sea is warm, I can’t say that it is clean when there is no wave, the sea is transparent. Well, there was no wave for only 2 or 3 days.
8. Territory. The territory is large, as I understood correctly, then 3 hotels are united by a common territory, you can walk on them, but since two hotels were closed from this series, we only walked a little in ours, because it was very dark on the other 2.
9. Animation. The kids club was closed as it was the end of the season. I think most likely the quarantine played a role, then there was no animation at all. Zero. Horror. Boredom. Although at the same time music was constantly hammering in the neighboring hotel, the people had fun and rested. We sat and grieved without music. In the evening, when the speaker was playing loudly, they approached us and asked us to turn it down. Of the children's animation, there was only 30 minutes of music that played and the children danced on stage on their own. There was also belly dancing in focus every day. But it's hard to call it animation.
10. Other. There were no birthday greetings. When I said that my child had a birthday and whether the hotel somehow congratulated me, I was offered to congratulate him on stage for $ 10. Also for eight I was offered to buy a cake. It certainly looked very funny. We always celebrate the birthday of a child on vacation)
