Just returned from a week's vacation a couple of days ago. I give the hotel a solid 4 out of 5. The hotel is compact, green and quite quiet, which is important for families with a child. In the vicinity there is a shopping complex, souvenir shops, a clothing market, karting, a coffee shop, a water park at another hotel, and a Migros supermarket. In the hotel we had a view of the city and mountains, so there was no noise in the room. They clean every day, change towels every day, if you hang a sign. The concept of the hotel includes free beach towels and sun loungers. You have to pay extra for wi-fi. I also want to note the hammam at the hotel. Not very expensive, but they do hammam, peeling, massage is very cool. I advise, just for the soul and body.
Pebble beach + coarse sand, clean. There are enough sun loungers for all guests. Great swimming pool with slides, there is a children's pool, it is covered. The water is clear, warm like fresh milk. The rooms are not tired, nice. There was always hot water. Small balconies except in the rooms, you can’t hang a lot of things to dry and you can’t sit on the balcony. Food for 4-ku, rather monotonous, but there is plenty to choose from. They often gave fish (cod, trout, dorado, sea bass, mackerel, sprat). Fruits are often watermelon, melon, apples, oranges, sometimes pears, plums, nectarines, grapes, bananas. There were a lot of Turkish sweets. From alcohol, quite pleasant red and white wine, Tuborg beer on tap, Fanta, Sprite, Pepsi, there was also strong alcohol. Didn't like the juices, they are powdered. There was constant access to bottled water, I did not have to spend money on it.
I especially want to mention the staff of the hotel. They treat children very well, they always help, smile, they don’t require money. At the lobby bar, the bartender Khalil made excellent non-alcoholic and alcoholic cocktails. Very nice guy, paid attention to everyone, worked quickly, did not have to wait long. Yusuf also worked in the zone where we ate. He helped out a lot with the child, found contact with him, brought a high chair, distracted the baby when he was crying. Rest were satisfied. We thank the hotel and staff for their hospitality.
