I've been to both Long Beach and Saphir. There are more water slides in LB, the hotel area is larger. If the children are not very small, then LB is more interesting for them. But the beach in Sapphire is in the bay, the water is cleaner and there are no waves. There is a village not very far from Sapphire, you can take a walk to buy something. Were with a child (3 and a half years old) at the end of September in Long Beach. I liked it too, and the child is generally super.
