We stayed at this hotel from 07/01/21 to 07/08/21. It took 4.5 hours from the airport to the hotel, since our hotel was the 7th in line. After the airport, on the way, they brought us to the station, which is the place of divorce, because the prices are very high for everything, even for the most banal shawarma.
Now about the hotel itself, it is clean in itself, a huge pool for adults, there is a separate children's pool, there is a separate pool with 3 slides, and an indoor pool from the spa center. The food is good.
I didn’t like the fact that the hotel allegedly provides ultra all-inclusive services, in fact you pay $ 2 for the Internet for one day, a garter to one phone and only one can sit in it (we acted smarter, bought a Turksella card not far from the hotel $ 2.20 GB) , the services of the safe in the room are paid $ 2 for 1 day, the change of towels and bedding was not changed at all during the week, the dollar left several times for tea did not correct the situation, they just make the bed a little and that's it, goof on cosmetics in the bathroom, filled the bar in the fridge alone times (bottle of water 1 liter, 0.5 mineral water, 05 pepsi, 0.5 local fanta, and small juice) for 2 adults for 7 days.

I am glad that at least they began to give out beach towels, which the dimensions of the sunbed as such do not cover.
The plus is that in the spa you can visit the sauna hammam steam room as many times as you like for free, and pay only for scrubbing massage, etc. etc. In fact, when compared, Egypt is even more interesting, because for the cost of this hotel you can take a much more worthy hotel in Egypt, only the food in Egypt is worse.
