I stay in this hotel to this day. Service is terrible. The bartender imagined himself only as the owner of the hotel. He seems to have an inferiority complex due to his small stature. Just ham. The new year was spoiled by the same boorish attitude. 5 minutes before the chiming clock, they suddenly ran out of champagne. 1 time in my life I did not drink champagne with the chimes. The food was even worse than the everyday dinner. The food at the hotel is disgusting. Don't expect meat. Soy instead of meat. I think this hotel needs a change of bartender. After all, the bartender should at least smile at the guests. This is the face of the hotel. I will definitely not be returning to this hotel.
