To our indignation, the concierge, after long squabbles, gave out a kettle, and the hotel chef did not want to give this either and persistently imposed his kitchen! We were not the only ones deceived in this hotel! The Muscovite family also came after us, bought into the deception with the room and the kitchen, just like us, they, by the way, were not even given a kettle. Okay, about cheating with the kitchen, finished and moved on, on the pros and cons of this hotel. The distance from the hotel to the sea, a good 15-20 minutes walk, cleaning at the hotel starts in the heat of the moment, when people try to relax in the hotel under the air conditioner, it starts just a hell of a roar with throwing metal damage from under the garbage, they move furniture right on the tile, relax simply impossible! The cleaners open the doors of the room to the corridor and all the heat from the corridor goes to your room for the entire time of cleaning. Pastel was not changed even once during the entire stay at the hotel! The lighting in the room is very poor, I had to buy and replace a light bulb.
The woman who arrived in the suite was forced to pay for air conditioning, supposedly it was not included in her package! Do you represent? in a deluxe room! In short, disgusting and a complete lie. This is the worst hotel in my life. I don't recommend anyone to stay there.

During the stay the bed was changed 4 times. Cleaning every day. The food was varied and delicious. And how they laid the table for Nicole's birthday!! ! The memories are great!! ! We are very grateful to the staff for their attention, friendliness, delicious food, excellent service.

Our main requirement for a vacation: clean sea and beach. Our expectations were met, because the sea is very warm, the beach is gorgeous (sand on the shore and sunset in the sea). Disadvantages of the hotel: the lack of dedicated space for the restaurant. Tables for breakfast, lunch and dinner are located by the pool, in the entrance hall (where the elevator is waiting), next to the bar. There is not enough space, the tables are set tightly, you have to push through the stream of people moving towards the bar, waiting for the elevator with plates. Some of the tables are behind the bar, where technical rooms and a kitchen are already located. Such a neighborhood is not very pleasant, especially when the restaurant staff in their free time lit up right next to the people sitting at the table. Food: good fresh vegetables, vegetable side dishes, but meat only for dinner, one dish, for which a queue lined up. Of the 8 days for dinner, there was chicken in different types 5 times and 1 time fish. The rest of the days are heavily peppered soy sausages. But we leaned on vegetables, we were not hungry. Breakfast is normal, as usual vegetables, muesli, sausage, cheese, some cold snacks (but we didn’t eat, I don’t know how they are), buns, jam, an egg. For an omelette with vegetables, again, there was a queue and there was not enough for everyone. But without him it was possible to survive. Another of the minuses: water was poured into the kettle directly from the tap (I saw it myself) and the bottle was put on the cooler unsealed, but open (it seems that water was also poured into the bottle from the tap). For food -3, for the location of the hotel -4.
