So, initially I want to say that this is the most budget hotel, of those in which I have been before, I have never been to 4 Egypt and Turkey, and since the question was an edge - to go on vacation now (in a couple of days) to this hotel or wait a little, but in a hotel of a higher class - I decided to take a chance and flew. I will say right away that the cost is ridiculous, so I didn’t expect much for this money, but I thought there is a sea, a beach, and what else is needed, especially if you just take the resort cities of Ukraine for comparison, then it will be at least 2 times more expensive than this tour, in who was offered to go by a friend, she became interested in what Turkey could offer for this money, in general, why not ?! )
We arrived at the hotel at about 6 in the morning, tired after a night flight and thought that we would have to wait at least another 6 hours for a settlement, we decided to ask how this process could be accelerated and we were told the figure (! ) $ 20 also for a room in the first building from the sea , as we were also told our room will be larger than the standard one, and it's not $20 per day, and not $50, but $20 for all the time and for early check-in, then I realized what a plus in budget hotels))
The room was really larger with 1 double bed and 1 single bed, the area was also larger (we met other hotel guests, so we shared our impressions with each other and went to visit each other to look at the rooms))

Food: everything is quite modest, there was sometimes something new on the terrace where the grill is for dinner, but the fact that the hotel is located near the center of Konakli saved us and we could go out there to eat in other establishments. What I really missed was a good coffee in the morning. . . otherwise everything is not bad
Territory: quite small, compact, not much greenery, but they try to take care of what they have, on some sites they write that there is a gym, on some that it is not, and so it is not. Not that it's a big tragedy, but since a person who worked in the hotel business, I know, according to the classification of hotels, he should be on the territory of a 4-star hotel. Okay, these are the details that are possible for vacationers in it, do not really matter.
Beach: well, 3 out of 5. I didn’t understand why the sun loungers are 300 meters from the entrance to the sea... to be honest, the biggest mystery that was throughout the vacation, because not a single hotel employee could answer this question)) there are few free sun loungers, and they didn’t figure out what time they should be occupied, because everything has been busy since 7 in the morning. We found, in principle, single ones and put them together a little further from the canopy and the bulk of the people and it was basically normal, the first day it caused a little irritation that we freaked out and went to sunbathe by the sea on towels, but then we didn’t focus on this and somehow got lucky , and if there was a problem with sun loungers, then they went to the pool, there were employees who would help drag them where they like and find free ones, but more on that later) entering the sea is also not an easy topic, on the second day I cut myself with a stone at the bottom and somehow the desire to swim in the sea disappeared... then we went where the bulk of the people are, it’s not super comfortable there, but there are fewer stones and, in principle, tolerable, but you still need to be careful, but the water in the sea, of course, was a buzz... Well, somehow these disadvantages do not seem so significant now when I remember how after perfectly warm water you go out and the sun also envelops you with rays... ) okay, something plunged into emotions and even got a little nostalgic))
Staff and service: but here the guys are of course well done! No, really! It seems that together they all understand that the hotel is budget and they have a common goal to make sure that guests do not notice any shortcomings in it, but focus their attention on the atmosphere that the staff gives.

The guys at the reception are great, you can’t ask them for anything - they do it right away, and they will advise and prompt! The doctor is always on site (well, at least when I needed it). Chefs are always smiling and positive, despite the kilometer queue three times a day for several hours)
But who really seems to manage the entire rest of the guests is the animators. Who were the animators in my understanding? These are the guys who invite and invite to entertainments that are organized... and somehow everything... But in this hotel everything is somehow different . . ) we communicated with Joseph most of all. He initially approached us to get acquainted, introduced himself, and from that moment on, no matter what issue we were worried about, he was always ready to help us. No sun loungers? Let's organize! No tables available for dinner? Let's find! Looking for something fun tonight? To the disco! I love openness in people, so he will always tell, tell, advise, take an interest, and when communication is built in this way, an atmosphere of friendliness is created between all the guests of our age, with whom he introduced us and created a big company, and it was fun for us to participate in something, for example, someone plays volleyball, half a second supports and gets sick, and it was fun to go to discos! And later we went for a walk with the guys and into the city and even planned to go somewhere together with a huge company)) by the way, it might be interesting for someone, in Konakli on Wednesdays the market for locals takes place, there you can buy something home It’s impossible to bargain with a typical Turkish one, but you need to, and if you’re not going home yet, then a very large variety of fruits, vegetables, etc.... In a word, thanks to Joseph, we didn’t have to get bored at all and sowed the rest with other colors! Indeed, we are very grateful to him for this, I can’t imagine what impression the hotel would have had if the staff hadn’t been the way they are! )
To sum up, the impression of the rest directly depends on the mood and expectations, if it was important for us to have fun, reboot and change the picture, then in every day we found a lot of positive moments and turned a blind eye to the little things, sometimes we want to relax with all the comfort and concentrate only on these sensations, then you are in a hotel of a higher level.
I don't regret a bit that I went!
