As a result, newly arrived vacationers are sent for temporary accommodation in another hotel, provided with rooms on the first floor intended for staff with a view of the dustbins and with a distinct noise from systematically arriving utility vehicles. Tourists who are entitled to different rooms are "staffed" in one two-room suite, where one of the rooms is walk-through and instead of a bed there are folding chairs designed for children. Talking with the administration about their violation of the terms of the contract is useless. They shrug their shoulders, say that all the numbers that match the terms of the voucher are currently occupied, and promise to solve the problem in a few days. This is despite the fact that many people come to rest for only five to seven days. It is also not possible to solve the problem through a guide and a tour operator. Here is such a situation! There is a distinct feeling that the hotel has sold more vouchers than it is able to provide, while spoiling someone's holidays, someone's only vacation period of the year, someone's honeymoon trip. So to say, I cheated a little! (
P. S. The hotel administration offers to compensate for their lawlessness with free beach towels, safes and even champagne. For example, I have my own beach towel, I am extremely selective about alcohol, and among the values ​ ​ - the most expensive - these are my relatives, who cannot be hidden in a safe, but who are very upset by the need to endure inconvenience, having planned and fully paid for vouchers in advance, six months in advance .
Only the sea, the sun and Turkish nature are truly pleasing, which look much more worthy than the Turkish service of 4 stars.
