Rested with my husband for the first time in Turkey. I must say right away: it doesn’t smell like the declared 5 stars)), solid 4. The hotel is new, but the furniture by the pool, on the beach is dirty, old. The towels that are given out for the beach are terrible, there were holes in half a towel. The rooms are clean, small, cleaned every day, the bed was not changed even once in a week, only towels, the floor was not washed even once! Food - don't count on seafood, they don't exist at all, the breakfast is meager, the most choice is in the evening, but I warn you - all the food is specific, for an amateur.

As soon as you arrive, the show begins and the latest discounts are still more expensive than if you were driving yourself. Go on an excursion to Alanya yourself, go to the teleferik (funicular), at the hotel the tour costs $ 40 per person, and if you do it yourself: travel by bus 5 lira, go up and down 33 lira. So, our review opens - an enchanting buffet. You should not wait for meat dishes and seafood, as they consider them delicacies and, therefore, no one will cook them for you on a buffet. You will find a huge number of salads from cucumbers, tomatoes, cabbage, carrots and onions - I had not seen such a number of variations with these products before “resting” in SunstarResort.
The so-called local "salads-delicacy" which are cooked in a special sauce - you can try if the body steadily perceives various filth and does not accompany it with a gag reflex. (Initially, I was surprised by the large amount of toilet paper in the room, but over time everything fell into place, it will really be very relevant, if you do not deny yourself various “sweets”).
As for the rest of the dishes that belong to the addition to the main course, they all have a pronounced sour or overly peppery taste. Of the meat dishes, you will see mainly chicken, perhaps a turkey, and you can consider yourself lucky if you manage to find pieces of meat in some incomprehensible stew. Sweets look very attractive, but really worth it - 10%, and there is a high probability that you simply won’t have time for them if you don’t know how they look in advance))).
Of the fruits, we saw watermelons, melons, apples and grapes - the set is not bad if you are on a desert island. We continue our review by stopping at the pool. The pool looks good, the water in it is clean, even just a mirror, but this is not surprising, because from such an amount of bleach, it simply cannot look different. The smell of bleach was felt even on the 5th floor, how people were around the pool during the day, remains a mystery to me.

And if you have small children and they go to bed before 23:00, you will definitely need a room with a mountain view, because with a sea view they are unlikely to fall asleep before 23:00, it is at this time that the evening program ends, and there will always be “hidden talents” of karaoke, which, under normal circumstances, hardly anyone would give a microphone in their hands, but no matter how you say “all inclusive”, no one will take it away, and in addition they will also reward you with loud applause, sober hard to digest, in general, you won’t be able to fall asleep - we tried.
Summing up, I can say - if you are not picky about food, do not smell smells at all, easily tolerate external stimuli, then this hotel is simply created for you.

There is a liquid soap dispenser in the bathroom and a gel/shampoo dispenser in the shower. 3 towels per person (Beach is issued separately). The room is cleaned badly. Dust, dirt... even the toilet brush was in a foreign city. The room has a kettle, tea bags, coffee, sugar. Half a cup of water. They don't speak Russian at the reception at all. Upon arrival, we were laid on the third floor with a view of the construction site and the greenhouse. The mirror around the beds was very eye-catching. The first thing that caught our eye was a stain on the glass with smudges (most likely they sprayed it with glass cleaner and forgot to wipe it off) And the toilet seat was broken in the toilet. He was not a percentage of the toilet, but displaced.
We went down to the reception and through a translator on the phone asked to change the number. As we later learned from vacationers, to get a room with a sea view you need to pay $ 30 extra

The new room was on the 7th floor, overlooking the mountains. The view is great, but the stains on the mirrors (and there are decently in the room) were everywhere.
The room has 3 beds (double and one and a half), air conditioning, two telephones (one by the toilet), a free safe, a TV (with 51 Russian channels), a refrigerator, a built-in wardrobe, four sockets, a kettle, a table and two chairs for the balcony, a bottle water and glasses, hangers in the closet, soap and shampoo gel in tubes screwed to the wall. Fan is very good. Only 4 towels, two large and two small.
The audibility in the rooms is very low. One night I didn’t sleep at all, guys, a foreigner, lived in the next room, they talked until 4 in the morning, they didn’t shout. It felt like they were talking right in my room.
About the shower:
The pressure on the 7th floor is gorgeous, just some kind of sharko shower! But because of this, the entire bathtub is in the water, since the shower cabin is just a shot partition about a meter wide.
Repair in the room as if in a hurry. The sheets and towels were very melted. The bedspreads are burnt, the sheets are with holes, and the towels are brought either with yellow spots, or normal.
About cleaning:
There are two switches at the door, one for sleeping in the room, the other for cleaning.

It doesn't even matter if you asked for it or not. But the cleaning itself is weird. Towels are changed if they are on the floor (they ask for this upon arrival), the dust has not been wiped more than once in a week, bed linen is changed every day, garbage is thrown out and a bottle of water is changed to a new one even if you haven’t finished it.
But the floor is washed badly, but every day. The feeling that a person with poor eyesight (no offense to anyone), but hair and sand from the street remain in the corners.
About wifi:
In our room 1704, it didn’t catch at all (it’s on the 7th floor), if you leave the room and stand at the door, it’s bad enough, but you can catch the net.
In the lobby, on the street in front of the hotel, at the pool, it catches well, but in the restaurant every other time.

Restaurant:
The food is delicious! At first, everything was very salty for me, but not spicy. Then I got used to it. I had enough variety. True, for a week of rest, we didn’t see anything except chicken (a day later there was fish, but very fried) We love chicken, we were not embarrassed by the lack of another type of meat. In May (from 9-15) there were very few fruits.
They clean the restaurant well, never saw dirty dishes or chipped dishes.
Breakfast from 7:00 to 9:00, lunch from 12:30 to 14:00, dinner from 19:00 to 21:00
There are high chairs for children, but very few for a family run hotel. I saw three things. People with children just in strollers come to the restaurant and feed the kids in strollers.
About the bar:
The bar is open from 10:00 to 23:00 (beach and pool bar)
In the bar you can drink beer, gin, sparkling water (Turkish Fanta, Sprite and Pepsi - Cola), alcoholic and non-alcoholic cocktails, red and white wine only dry.
Somewhere in the afternoon on the side of the restaurant they will inflate free ice cream, the kids are delighted!
But on the beach there is nothing but drinks.
The beer at the pool and on the beach is different. On the beach it is strong, and on the pool it is soft and almost without bitterness, but it may just be that the bottling was like that during our vacation.
I did not like the wine at all, very sour. Just not mine.
My husband and I wanted to celebrate one event in our lives at 22:00 hours (after dinner) and since the bar closed at 23:00 we asked for 6 glasses of beer. We were refused, referring to the fact that only one glass is allowed in one hand. We didn't argue. Although Turks with Russian girls were sitting at the next table, the table was lined with glasses of different alcohol.
About services:
The hotel has a Hammam, an indoor pool, a gym, a kids club, a souvenir shop, a hairdresser, a clothing store, a paid photographer, a hookah $10.
We can’t say anything about the hammam, we haven’t been there.
It is strange that at the reception they DO NOT say anything about the fact that beach towels can be taken in the hammam for free and that from 9:00 to 16:00 the same hammam and indoor pool can be visited by any guest for free.
For us as "newbies" this information would be very useful. And so we learned all this from people.
I really didn’t like the obsessive young man working in the hotel’s hammam. He visited us for three days and offered the services of a spa complex. And first for $35 per person, then for $30 and on the third day for $25. After our smile changed to dryness, the young man stopped following us. But every time I saw my husband and I, he said “how do you guys relax who feel sorry for $ 25 for a hammam ?! ”

About the hotel area:
The area is not big. Entrance to the hotel from the side of the mountains, the view around as in the village. Everywhere greenhouses and cows walk.

There are three swimming pools on the territory, a large one, a small one with a slide and a children's one with a children's slide. There is a good playground. The entire area of the playground is rubberized. To the side of the playground is a small petting zoo, where there are chickens, roosters, and rabbits. Rabbits roam the very small green area of the hotel.
There are toilets and changing rooms outside. The lock in the women's toilet on the street is broken, I got stuck in it twice. Once I opened it myself (twisted it in different directions, back and forth and somehow the door opened), the second time I had to call for help. I don't go to this toilet anymore.
There is a stage or as it is called here "amphitheater" where evening animation takes place. Right behind the amphitheater there is a gate to the highway and an elevated passage to the beach. As a mother, I didn’t like that there was a post at the gate, but no one was sitting at this post. Yes, this gate is open 24 hours. That is, in theory, anyone can enter from the road. They don't speak Russian at the reception at all. Upon arrival, we were laid on the third floor with a view of the construction site and the greenhouse. The mirror around the beds was very eye-catching. The first thing that caught our eye was a stain on the glass with smudges (most likely they sprayed it with glass cleaner and forgot to wipe it off) And the toilet seat was broken in the toilet. The room has 3 beds (double and one and a half), air conditioning, two telephones (one by the toilet), a free safe, a TV (with 51 Russian channels), a refrigerator, a built-in wardrobe, four sockets, a kettle, a table and two chairs for the balcony, a bottle water and glasses, hangers in the closet, soap and shampoo gel in tubes screwed to the wall. Fan is very good. Only 4 towels, two large and two small.
The audibility in the rooms is very low. One night I didn’t sleep at all, guys, a foreigner, lived in the next room, they talked until 4 in the morning, they didn’t shout. It felt like they were talking right in my room.
About the shower:
The pressure on the 7th floor is gorgeous, just some kind of sharko shower! But because of this, the entire bathtub is in the water, since the shower cabin is just a shot partition about a meter wide.
Repair in the room as if in a hurry. The sheets and towels were very melted. The bedspreads are burnt, the sheets are with holes, and the towels are brought either with yellow spots, or normal.
About cleaning:
There are two switches at the door, one for sleeping in the room, the other for cleaning.

Towels are changed if they are on the floor (they ask for this upon arrival), the dust has not been wiped more than once in a week, bed linen is changed every day, garbage is thrown out and a bottle of water is changed to a new one even if you haven’t finished it.
But the floor is washed badly, but every day. The feeling that a person with poor eyesight (no offense to anyone), but hair and sand from the street remain in the corners.
About wifi:
In our room 1704, it didn’t catch at all (it’s on the 7th floor), if you leave the room and stand at the door, it’s bad enough, but you can catch the net.
In the lobby, on the street in front of the hotel, at the pool, it catches well, but in the restaurant every other time.

I did not like the wine at all, very sour. Just not mine.
My husband and I wanted to celebrate one event in our lives at 22:00 hours (after dinner) and since the bar closed at 23:00 we asked for 6 glasses of beer. We were refused, referring to the fact that only one glass is allowed in one hand. We didn't argue. Although Turks with Russian girls were sitting at the next table, the table was lined with glasses of different alcohol.
About services:
The hotel has a Hammam, an indoor pool, a gym, a kids club, a souvenir shop, a hairdresser, a clothing store, a paid photographer, a hookah $10.
We can’t say anything about the hammam, we haven’t been there.
It is strange that at the reception they DO NOT say anything about the fact that beach towels can be taken in the hammam for free and that from 9:00 to 16:00 the same hammam and indoor pool can be visited by any guest for free.
For us as "newbies" this information would be very useful. And so we learned all this from people.
I really didn’t like the obsessive young man working in the hotel’s hammam. He visited us for three days and offered the services of a spa complex.
