One sheep spoils the whole flock! This refers to an employee working on 21/05/2017 at 7 am. This man was sleeping on the job! For the fact that I woke him up, he handed me over to the police! Accused that I did not pay for the mini bar! The taxi driver who took me to the airport brought me to the police!! ! Where no one speaks English! I got hysterical!!! ! I have a plane ticket! I paid in the morning for a small bottle of red wine and that's it! Didn't take anything else from the mini bar! After all, the hotel has my credit card! The taxi driver locked my suitcase in his car and didn't give it back! I cried and explained that a decent person and I need to go to the airport! Can you imagine it? I was helped by a police chief who spoke English. After listening to me, he contacted the hotel and they let me go right away. The same taxi driver took me to the airport. I am 37 years old, I fly all over the world and only in Ankara do I have problems! Because of the stupidity or anger, unprofessional staff! It is necessary to dismiss such employees without regret! WHO will answer for this violence against me? For this STRESS?
Choose any other hotel but not this one! If you don't want to end up in the same situation as me (((!
