I don't know who gave them 4 stars. I wouldn't give two. I’ll start with the room when we were settled (we were three adults and a small child 1 year and three months old. my mother and I and my husband) we were given a room with a bunk bed !!!! ! it was cold there, the condo did not work. The refrigerator has probably not been turned on since the time of the monkeys. he did not work. the sink was leaking. the toilet worked every other time. and when it began to rain, puddles immediately appeared on the window sills and plaster began to pour from the ceiling. I threw out the garbage from the room. towels and sheets were not changed. when we went to the table, there was no food for the child at all. even elementary porridge. dirty tablecloths on the tables. in front of me, the waiter wiped his fork on his pants and put it on the table. this is how they set the tables. they flip the tablecloths to the other side. it means changed. the food is terrible. people dressed directly put food on plates with their sleeves, climbing into food. horror. how many cats are there. they are everywhere. the floors are dirty. the staff stinks. Staying overnight in this hotel seemed like hell to me. horror. dirt and stink.
