In May we went with my sister to Turkey, to the Lara beach 5* hotel. The services were provided by “Anex-Tour” through the agency “Ginis Tour” (St. Petersburg) represented by Ekaterina Mamieva.
I note that for the 7th time I flew to Turkey and I can’t classify myself as a girl with a fragile psyche)))
Buds began to emerge from the receipt of tickets. It turned out that we were not flying with the airlines specified in the contract. This of course did not affect our mood, rather it seemed strange.

Now flowers. The transfer met us, guide Olga lazily raved about our “wonderful vacation” in the hotel indicated above and after that dropped us off at another hotel with a similar name and dumped us with the car. A little swollen, we learned at the reception that we would live in this hotel. Of course, we refused, called all possible numbers, no response, “Anex tour” went home. The voucher didn't even have the address of the hotel. Under the threat of calling the police, we were called a taxi (for our money) and sent away from sin to our hotel. Here the berries are already flooded... We were offered to pay extra 15 euros from each, for each day of stay at the hotel. We refused. Still trying to call Russia. In Russia, the direct buyer of the ticket also called the travel agent and tour operator. They settled us, under the threat of throwing us out of the hotel, just do it, in a small room with 1 bed and windows to the construction site and the unloading point of the hotel. It was not possible to sleep either day or night (during the entire stay, the staff did not show any involvement in our problems. They showed with all their behavior that they were not waiting for us here. They did not wear towels, sometimes there was no soap and toilet paper! The restaurant, by the way, is very few fruits, apples and citrus fruits, still sour fruit cocktail). In the morning I was advised to keep quiet and live where they settled. Guide "Aneks Tour" Ilona appeared the next day, got rude, offered to pay extra money. Then the same incomprehensible representatives of the “Anex Tour” appeared, blaming us and convincing us that what we got, what we paid and refusing additional expenses “behave defiantly”. Information about additional services and return flight and transfer was not provided. This is how we spent our holiday.
“Anex Tour” simply did not respond to my claim (with a signature of acceptance), once again showing its disregard for customers and consumer rights. The hotel showed the same attitude!
