The staff is not friendly and does not speak in English. Rooms: good, warm, interesting lighting, take higher rooms, the view is beautiful.
Meals: more than meager, at the level of 3 *, rice, potatoes, pasta, 2 types of meat and fish, a minimum set of fruits and vegetables, desserts are far from the first freshness. The waitresses walk like boiled ones, they are in no hurry to offer drinks. In bars and at breakfast powdered chemical juices, impossible to drink. Spa: the hotel positions itself as a spa hotel, an unpleasant woman sits at the reception, speaking Russian and Thai of a vulgar appearance, without a uniform. The drawers in the locker room are locked with a key, which is very inconvenient to carry with you. Hamam is very small and hot, after 5 minutes it is no longer possible to lie down, the walls and ceiling are stained, even though the hotel is new. The sauna is small, for a maximum of 3. The heated indoor pool is also very small and smells of bleach, many small children.
Location: it is written on the Internet that this is line 2. This is not so, line 4 is at least, walk for about 20 minutes along the river through the unkempt territory. the coast is already full of people sunbathing on sun loungers. We asked the staff to let the bus go to the beach, they said that nothing works in the off-season. Opposite the hotel there are many bazaars, there are places to take a walk. Service: from the reception to the maids are very unkind, the first time I see this in a 5 * hotel, many do not know elementary phrases in English.
I chose a hotel for a long time, and was led by rave reviews, apparently they were written by people who have nothing to compare with, but this is really the worst 5 * where I have been, even considering the price. For this money, you can find a much better hotel.
