We stayed at the hotel with my husband. We were placed in this hotel due to a snow drift in Istanbul and our plane landed in Antalya. The room was just tiny, it does not correspond not to 5 stars, but to 3 stars (and sometimes conditions are better for Turkey and a 2-star hotel! ) Corridor open space to all floors up to the upper ones. Music was blaring, children were shouting from the neighboring floors. Sleep is impossible! Numbers of meters 10-12! Closely! Rest is out of the question. A narrow balcony in the room overlooking the road and in the distance you can see a piece of the sea. Under the windows of the parking lot and from it, too, the noise. Breakfast at the hotel is simply ugly - all the tables were dirty, they did not have time to clean up. Many products are spoiled, you need to try and smell everything, otherwise you will be poisoned! The coffee machine didn't work! I asked, why is there no coffee in the hotel? The waiter told me that I need to go to the other end of the restaurant and there is a car. But there was no coffee! I was told by a vacationer that all the buttons do not work, only one is cheap instant Nescafe! This is not 5 stars! Disgusting! When the help of the staff was needed, we stopped at the hotel at night, the staff spoke Russian, but as soon as they asked to call or fulfill requests, they said - WE DO NOT UNDERSTAND! I explained in English, but they didn't want to do anything and hid in the room behind the reception. Disgusting hotel! I do not recommend to anyone!
