Hello! We were at the hotel from October 14 to October 26.2018. We went as a family - my husband and I and two one-year-old children, plus my grandmother and niece. We chose the hotel specifically for families with children. And in this regard, the hotel is excellent: a large green clean area, heated pools, a large children's area near the mini club, funny children's animators who constantly arrange some kind of games, relay races, etc. Lots of slides and pools for all ages. Large sandy beach, which also has a children's pool with sea water.
A good children's table, there were always boiled vegetables, meatballs, mashed potatoes, canned food for the little ones, there was a blender in the dining room. Lots of fresh fruits and vegetables.
Good helpful staff! I would especially like to thank the guys and girls who work for the guest relay. Great feedback! It is worth coming to them with some kind of problem, they immediately try to solve it! Well done! They ask all guests how they rest, help, make the rest better and more fun! And I tried to write because, unfortunately, not everything is in their power! For example, well, the guys from the guest relay cannot replace the number of rooms. And this is one of the disadvantages of the hotel.

With the number they deceived us a little, we specifically looked at the quadruple category room so that there was more space, they wanted to put two cribs there and so that there was still free space for the children to play. They gave a room full of furniture, there was a double bed, and then a sofa and a bunk bed. There was no place left at all, and in the photo from the official website, which we looked at when choosing a room and in the description, there was no talk of a bunk bed. At the reception they said that since the spring they were delivered to these rooms and they are everywhere in such rooms, or a second sofa. There is no place at all, they refused to put two cots in one room. Although the reservation was exactly like this: one quadruple room for 2 adults plus 2 one-year-old children, and one standard room for an adult with a 10-year-old child.
Apparently the owner of the hotel decided to save on accommodation. It used to be a large room with a double bed and a sofa for 2-3 adults, but now it's an anthill that they can visit up to 5 people.
As a result, after long conversations and gratitude, instead of the standard, they gave our grandmother a quadruple on the same floor a few rooms later. One playpen for the child was placed there, the other to us. This was somewhat upsetting, because then they could simply book two standards and not overpay for a quadruple. Plus, the whole room is full of furniture, you constantly hit something, there is no carpet on the floor, laminate flooring, the audibility is terrible, especially if your neighbors touch something from the furniture at night. At the same time, there is absolutely no space for storing things, one small closet, with practically no shelves. We arrived insolently, with children, there were a lot of things, we had to keep them in a suitcase, which is inconvenient!
Of course, for vacationers without children, this is not a significant minus, but for us at this stage it is an important point. Because on vacation with children, the main thing is convenience everywhere!
Another point that spoiled the impression of the hotel is that in the main restaurant the food ended before the end of dinner. Dinner started at 18 or 18:30, I don't remember exactly, and until 21:30. We came at 20 - 20:30, before we could not because of the children (sleeping, changing clothes, etc. ), and constantly the most delicious and interesting dishes were already over! It seems to me that for a hotel of this level it is not serious, if dinner is announced before 21:30, then everything should be available.
The room was cleaned daily, they vacuumed to wash the floor, you had to go to the guest relay and ask. Towels were changed every day.
There was adult animation, but we didn’t see it much, because we walked mainly in children’s areas.

There were also very good evening shows, constantly new, never repeated in 12 days of rest! The hosts do not save on entertaining guests!
In general, the hotel is very good, we will be happy to return again, especially if they fix the situation with the rooms and the terrible audibility in them!
