Hello dear tourists! I hope my modest review will help someone decide and avoid trouble. I'll start in order. It just so happened that my vacation this year fell in March and my family and I were going either to Egypt or to Tunisia, but for obvious reasons, these plans had to be abandoned. Then the choice fell on our south and having decided on a sanatorium on the coast of a very black sea, I downloaded a video telling about it. After watching it, my wife and I looked at each other and became saddened sharply....The announcer with the voice of Levitan, who accompanied the video, in the spirit of the 70s, told us how good it is for Soviet workers to rest from the construction of socialism in this sanatorium... I still don’t understand, this is on purpose or by accident . . a deaf scoop, in short, the managers of this sanatorium should be fired . And suddenly we were advised - TURKEY! The same money, but what is the service . . and an order of magnitude warmer. Having climbed the net, we found it - ALVA DONNA EXCLUSIVE....
Beauties! Swimming pools, a bunch of bars, ultra... (later it turned out that ultra is only in season) in short, all the bells and whistles! And some 2 bucks per family (2 adults plus a child). For reference - I have been to Turkey 5 times, about this money, and ALWAYS everything was super! Next, let's agree to avoid negative comments - we were out of season, from 03/22/2011 to 04/02/2011. Perhaps this explains a lot, but more on that at the end.
So, let's begin. CHECK-IN: we arrived at 10 in the morning, the room was given at 12 after repeated reminders, and it was clear that it was empty, while the children's bed was prepared in front of us. At the entrance to the hall, a bunch of Iranians caught my eye, there are 60 percent of them in the hotel (on the day of arrival, the remaining 20% are Russians and 20% Germans), from here you can imagine the situation, at the reception a direct Iranian grandmother calmly sat down on our bag . . in short, “children of the mountains ». . . at the same time, even the Turks do not like them. In the spa, Ali, who spoke Russian well, said "Iranians are bad",

but at this time they have some kind of holidays, so they rest....They can scream at 2 am in front of the door of the room, put on your slippers by the pool, swim without looking where... but at the same time you understand that they are not that evil or on purpose... they are really wild. They move in families of 5-10 people, while the wives are in raincoats, scarves, etc. And they sunbathe. ROOM: the usual mediocre... we were also given an unsuccessful one - on the first floor, a balcony at ground level, and below us is a bowling alley, where cheerful "children of the mountains" throw balls with a crash until 2 a. m. , later I realized that we were not so unlucky , there are generally with windows on a wasteland... cleaning is mediocre, neither you putting figures from a towel, nor other similar nonsense - everything is serious! A separate issue is the mini-bar. A bottle of plain water on the day of arrival. ALL!! ! Well, but in the prospectus "mini-bar - free of charge"....RESTAURANTS: The word in the singular is more appropriate here, since ONE works! A lot of people at the beginning, problems with tables.
From hot one meat dish (usually chicken), one fish. Only eggs for breakfast. The SHOCK was caused by the following - you can’t take any drinks (except coffee and something like UPI at breakfast) yourself! Do not pour yourself in a restaurant! There is NO favorite barrel of wine! Nowhere at all! As well as vending machines with cola, tea and the like. Everything you need to ask the waiters. In principle, they respond, but since they cannot cope with the influx of people, they often run past... and sometimes just past with a dull expression on their faces. Who cares, but I prefer to take everything myself and pour as much as I want, so it annoyed me. During the day, the pool was making not very tasty hot dogs. In order for the restaurant to be served normally, it is necessary to consistently give loot. A small sketch - Once I asked the waiter to pour wine, after 15 minutes I asked for another (since the first one still didn’t fit), in the end both came up, the first tried to pour wine into a glass,
and the second one (a rat-like Turkish woman) forbade him and gave us a lecture that wine cannot be poured into water glasses, but it is necessary to pour wine into glasses (they are a little smaller)... YES, I DON'T SPIT ON THAT!! ! Pour somewhere already. . . For reference - if you already go, that is, there are 2 normal waiters - one Murat, and the second, I don’t know the name but bald (one seems to be there) with the face of a swindler . . BARS: only ONE works normally! Of the two…. Although the information on the hotel at that time indicated three workers. In the second, for some reason, they carry drinks from the first... And in the first floor of the counter for orders through waiters... Thus, there are 2 bartenders for the whole crowd... Since there are Turks, Iranians and other foreigners in the hotel, therefore it is easier for them to communicate in their own dialect and they intercept the waiters…. .
Plus, since the bar is one until a couple of days later, they already know you and seeing that you don’t put bucks in their “TIP BOX”, they start to slightly ignore you... HOTEL BUILDING: The only thing that is on the level and as in advertising. Beautiful, clean, fresh, it is clear that it is not old. HOTEL TERRITORY: Repair - EVERYWHERE! Everything is painted, patched up, smeared over, saws are buzzing... Choo! The welding machine is up and running! And all this for at least another month, judging by the volume... Toli is like this every season, or it was we who were lucky to get into the period when everything needs to be patched up at once. ANIMATION: pianist and violinist in the main bar of the hotel, 2-3 pm in the evening. ALL! There is no music playing anywhere on the premises. Mini-club - not working. A couple of times there was something childish in the hotel room with a clown. BEACH: Same renovation. Sun awnings have been removed, a tractor is driving, the platform has been dismantled in the sea (only floor beams), the old paint is peeled off the base of the sun awnings with sandpaper and a blowtorch, all this falls into the sand,

where the children will play. On the second day, for some reason, it was forbidden to move sunbeds closer to the sea, but the next day they seemed to change their minds. The sea is cold, but clean, the bottom is good, only in the afternoon the wind blows steadily and evenly. But of course, like many others, we swam. When you get used to the water - very good and pleasant! Then they began to peel off the paint from the platform, it fell into the sea and floated to the shore, where everyone was swimming at that time... in short, disgusting. POOLS: only one worked, heated, but it is not large and it is full of the above-described characters, who, in principle, do not look around. The rest of the pools are empty, one (central) was filled with us, we managed to swim in it a couple of times, but not all the dirt was removed from the bottom. Now about the PROS: In Moscow, a blizzard is broadcast on TV, in my city there are also frosts, and here it is 15 (in the shade) - 20 (in the sun), we are tanned with the whole family, the sun... the sea....
In short, they gave themselves spring ahead of time! Unfortunately, this has nothing to do with the hotel. To be honest, in the season it is probably not bad here in terms of infrastructure with a high probability! But it is unlikely that the attitude of the attendants changes at the snap of a finger… “Guys, the season has started today, so we all smile! ". We talked with other Russians - almost everyone was in shock, one asked "how much more we have to suffer. " And at the moment - we were told by the locals and about other hotels - TURKEY IS NOT READY! And they advised me to come, if not in season, then in November. SUMMARY: If I had been warned about all this in advance, I might have reacted more calmly, but you have to be honest - in March - April, the service corresponds to a maximum of three stars, and when you go like a five, and you get what I wrote, there is some confusion. . . I foresee comments that for that kind of money, be happy about it too....
free cheese in a mousetrap… but firstly, it’s not that free, and secondly, I would like the wrapper to be true. Therefore, if you hung five stars, then be kind, otherwise, gentlemen, the Turks are somehow undignified, not serious.
R. S. By the way, the reviews about this hotel from February - early March are very confusing....Animation, Russian-speaking staff... etc. (which by the way influenced our choice of hotel). It’s not logical - that is, it was, but closer to the beginning of the season it disappeared... Well, there’s no point in lying to me.
